好無語，毛巾跟浴巾中間有一根頭髮，因為出去玩回來已經很晚了就不想多説了，早上下雨我們就沒出去等雨停，退房的時候收了延時費，旅遊的話不要定這裏，要出門太遠了幾乎所有出名一點的小吃都在五公裡外，一樓咖啡是免費的，一般，有時間可以喝

超乎想象的好，從接機到入住，沒有任何不適。接機的叫小余（不知道姓氏對不對），不厭其煩的介紹保山的情況以及酒店的情況，送機也是儘可能滿足我們的需求。酒店設施也是無可挑剔，有茶吧、咖啡吧，都可以免費自助。下次再來毫無疑問還是會選擇這家，非常滿意👍

這個價位環境服務態度都沒話説
1.前台小姐姐好好我去考試早上突然遇到生理期，來不及去買了，她還給我了一包ymj，真的非常感謝
2.還贈送了晚安牛奶
3.已經在別的平台上給別人推薦你們酒店了，酒店的早餐種類也很豐富，一樓環境也適合拍照
唯一的缺點就是：接站的司機開車的時候老是玩手機，並且一腳剎車一腳油門，猛一下又沖飛快，我感覺蠻危險的，視乘客的安全為無物，如果真的發生意外，對酒店來説得不償失

真的很不錯，提前聯繫的酒店，接站很準時，第二天想約送機場的，但是酒店因為有事安排不了了，讓我們自己打的去…
但服務確實不錯，小哥哥幫忙抬行李什麼的，酒店很智能，小度小度可以安排一切！！這才是新時代的年輕人必備的酒店呀！
衞生：乾淨，酒店整體條件很新.
服務：棒棒的，下次再來還選它，就是離鬧市區有點距離。

酒店大堂有名族服裝可以免費拍照耶，前台小姐姐協助註冊了會員，説是積分有積分哦。每層樓都有一間工作室，功能都不一樣呢，六樓是茶室可以體驗功夫茶、看看書，五樓可以體驗書法和圍棋，三樓最有趣，可以體驗手磨咖啡，沖水比例沒掌握好太淡了，二樓好像是健身房，我這種懶人就沒去了。早上六點過出發著急趕飛機早餐沒開，前台小姐姐給準備了路早，水果、麪包、雞蛋、牛奶份量剛剛夠，以後有機會再來。

這次有緣住進保山嘉悦蘭庭酒店，酒店環境非常好，服務員也非常熱情，酒店還有接送站服務，接送站的小趙師傅非常棒。雖然酒店位置偏了點，但是也不影響，就是早餐希望再改進一下，住了二天的早餐一模一樣，總之酒店的性價比還是很好，下次有機會還會入住。

這是我住這麼多酒店感覺最好的一次，必須點贊！沒施沒得説，因為是新店，衞生乾淨，都屬正常。最想誇的是這家酒店的管理，從很多細節上説明管理者不凡。在餐廳看見一位客人酒出來點湯水，裏面的阿姨馬上出來，用紙把地板擦乾淨。這是我無意中拍的。這就解釋了我一進餐廳為什麼這麼乾淨了。還有早餐的菜品很豐富。真的感覺到管理者用心了。祝生意興隆！
