服務很好，很盡責。停車場能停10幾台車子。有一棟樓沒電梯，服務員幫忙把行李提上去了。
早餐還挺豐富的，米線好吃。喜歡吃配菜的酸筍。
衞生間沒有乾濕分區，比較小，這一點估計也沒法改進啦。

衝著4.8的評分選擇的喜加源酒店，進到房間就一大股黴味，放下行李去上衞生間竟然看到馬桶🚽上都是尿漬，真的太噁心了，房間很老地毯也很臟，不知道怎麼評到的4.8分，出來這麼多天體驗感最差的酒店，差評

服務不好，訂了兩個標間給 4 個餐券，有個小孩喊多給一張都不行，必須要單獨付款 15 元，感覺前台太不人性化服務啦，説話僵硬很不舒服。停車的保安服務很好，老闆一定給予表揚，看到我們拿兩個箱子主動幫忙拿行李，保安服務很好，

從四川一路自駕雲南，從版納過來，翻山越嶺，這家酒店應該是開了有些年頭了，雖不如新開的酒店那樣科技時尚，勝在性價比各方面都不差。一家人住得不想離開，連着續了3天…保山給我們留下了非常好的印象（配圖為：永昌閣）離酒店很近，值得一去。
