"I'm completely satisfied and very happy with my stay! The location is perfect: you can get to the old town, the pedestrian zone/city center, the shopping center, the Sparrenburg castle, and the main train station very quickly. There's a central tram station right in front of the hotel!
The room is hygienic, the staff is super friendly and always tries to accommodate you! I especially enjoyed the same employee who always opened the door for me around 3:30/4 a.m. with a friendly smile!!! I'd love to come back very soon!"
