We checked in earlier and the room was not ready, so we put the luggage at the front desk and went out. When I came back later to take the key and take the luggage, I actually gave us other people's luggage. We said that these were not ours. After we lived in the room, there was actually a waiter who took the two luggages that were not ours and sent them over 🤨 There are no paper towels in the room. We ordered takeaway and didn't have tableware. We wanted to borrow tableware from the hotel. We didn't send it for a long time. The service really needs to be improved. 🤨
