VALA Hua Hin – I was very impressed, probably a 9.5/10. If you're looking for a place for a true relaxing getaway, staying mostly at the hotel and not focusing on sightseeing in the city, I highly recommend this place. The first thing I loved was the atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful right from the entrance. The design is in white and cream tones, minimalist, and every corner is photo-worthy, especially the swimming pool with the sea view – absolutely stunning. It’s so pleasant to look at, giving a sense of peace, perfect for recharging. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft and very comfortable. The bathroom had a well-defined wet and dry zone. All amenities were complete, including a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and various toiletries. You don't need to bring much. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight here. It’s huge, with a beachfront view, and every angle makes for a great photo. There are areas for lounging and poolside beds. You can either swim or just relax by the pool. The atmosphere is wonderful. Breakfast was also impressive. There was a wide variety to choose from, including Thai food, Western dishes, salads, fruits, bread, coffee, and freshly made egg dishes. The overall taste was delicious, the quality was good, and they refilled the food constantly. All the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and greeting guests. They were very helpful from check-in to check-out. I felt very well taken care of. One thing to be aware of before staying is that the hotel is located in the Cha-am area, not in Hua Hin city center. If you want to go to the city or the night market, you'll need to drive or call a Grab. But if your intention is to relax and spend all day at the hotel, I can tell you, you'll hardly want to leave. Overall, this is another hotel that I was very impressed with, including its cleanliness, atmosphere, service, and amenities. It offers great value for money and is suitable for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back to stay again. ❤️

The rooms here are absolutely fantastic! Spacious, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is located right by the beach in a less crowded area, ideal for a romantic date night, just listening to the waves. It's incredibly blissful! I highly recommend it for couples; you won't be disappointed.

I was very happy with the view in our hotel room. Whilst there was a small problem with the air conditioning towards the end of our stay, the hotel ended up providing up a full refund for the remaining days despite the fact that we had to cancel our booking due to a change in travel plans. The restaurant is so underated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Every staff member provided excellent service. The room was spacious. On the day we checked in, we paid extra at the hotel to upgrade to a pool access room, which made it much more convenient for the kids to swim. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff kept refilling everything. I loved it! I'll definitely come back again.

Attended a wedding at a sister hotel and didn't realize it was within the same compound – super convenient! The room was beautiful and private; I could have stayed in all day. The beach is right next to the hotel. Dinner with my partner was amazing, and the fire show at 8 PM was very impressive. Just a heads-up, this particular room is quite a distance from the beach. If you want a room right by the pool or closer to the beach, it's best to ask the hotel what room type you'd need.

Great accommodation, just cross the street and you're at the beach. The breakfast offered a good variety. The restaurant in front of the hotel in the evening was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel has two clean swimming pools. My only minor issue was with the bell staff; I had to constantly ask for help with my luggage even though they could see I had bags. They should offer to help carry them, not just open the door and say 'welcome' and then leave me to carry three bags up myself.

We are highly satisfied with this resort, which consistently provides excellent service. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the rooms are impeccably maintained. Additionally, there is ample parking available.

Our experience in this hotel is slightly disappointing. I booked the premier beach front room and I got the room which is blocked with trees and I can't see the beach at all. I called and personally went to talk at the reception for this matter, but they said they are fully booked and can't do anything. I gave them options either moving the room on the next day or offering something another option. At the end, after getting ignored and looking for the person who checked us in, finally they gave options with reasons that didn't make sense. We have to leave our room at 12 PM and wait at the lobby till check-in that is at 3 PM to get another room which is downgrading us to the lower category. So we denied and kept the same room instead. Apart from that, the room is neat and clean + good size, swimming pool is amazing. One of the F&B outlets is right on the beach which is great. They have a cute and lovely cafe in the lobby.

This place is excellent for a family vacation with kids. The pools are great, but the beach entry isn't very good. The food is top-notch. The masterclasses in the kids' club are a bit pricey, and renting extra equipment is also quite expensive. There's a village nearby, but no shops or pharmacies. It's very difficult to call a taxi through apps like Bolt or Grab; we waited several times for 1-1.5 hours and ended up canceling. We saw jellyfish in the sea and decided not to swim there. We also encountered huge cockroaches in our room and smaller ones around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Spacious hotel with lots of space/area for choosing to spend time with family. Overall atmosphere/furniture is pretty old but still functional. The triple room (3 beds) is so huge with sofas and balcony too!
