I stayed here before and after climbing Mount Kilimanjaro from Japan. On the first day, I had a briefing with the tour company, but my guide didn't show up at the hotel when it was time, which was a bit of a problem. The hotel staff kindly made inquiries and arranged things with the tour company, which was a huge help. They will store any luggage you don't need during the climb free of charge. The fruit juice welcome drink was delicious, the showers had hot water right away, and there were no insects or mosquitoes in the hotel. It was very clean, and we were treated to breakfast and dinner. I would like to stay here again on my next visit.
