Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi ★★★
"Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very happy with the facilities. Nice rooftop bar. Food at the 1/F restaurant is overpriced and quality needs to be improved. Some staff are too much into asking for tips without providing any service."
Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel ★★★★
"Room ac didnt work and made noises in the middle of the night. Shower spray was all over. Light didnt work and then on fixing after complaining flickered through night. Wifi didnt work. Laundry had to be followed up multiple times to get back. Fixtures missing in bathroom."
Primeland Hotel ★★★
"Lovely staff, food pretty good, a small compact footprint with a decent pool/ bar area. Rooms are compact but clean and suitable. The attraction is the views of Kilimanjaro (room 401/402 especially). A decent spot to base yourself in Moshi."
Panama Garden Resort ★★★
"Easy stay before and after our Kilimanjaro Trek for our group of 12. All the basic comforts fulfilled, clean hot showers, a/c, and restaurant and bar. The pool was an added plus. They also have a system to check in valuables in their safe while you are on your trek and a separate for your luggage."
NGUCHIRO PALACE HOTEL ★★
"Nguchiro is a great place to rest in the middle of your Tanzania adventure! We stopped in between our Safari and going to Zanzibar. The rooms are comfortable, the food is good and the service is amazing! They were always avaiable to order us a tuktuk, a transfer or make us lunch. I would definitely recommwnd it!"
Kilimanjaro Scenic Lodge ★★★
"We only stayed for one night but it was really nice. Gabriel and all the staff were amazing. After the check out he drove us to the bus station and made sure everything was ok. If we visit Tanzania again, we will go again. "
Keys Hotel ★★★
"Nice place and service, lucy is such an awesome person for the job she is doing so far. She has excellent customer service and I have to really appreciate it."
Climbers Home ★★
"I couldn't ask for a better hotel. The rooms were very clean and even had mosquito nets. Unused rooms were aired daily. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner on the rooftop, which was delicious. Even when I didn't have any other business, I could relax on the rooftop and enjoy the view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind. They arranged a cheap bus from the hotel to Dodoma and even provided a pickup service from the bus stop. They also organized a coffee tour for about $35, provided packed lunches and water, and even hiked to the village waterfall, making it a very affordable tour. They were always concerned about us and honestly quoted prices, so it was clear they weren't just after our money. They were always there to help us with anything, like recommendations for good restaurants nearby. If you're ever in Moshi, I highly recommend giving them a try."
Ameg Lodge Kilimanjaro ★★★
"A beautiful hotel to relax. The dinner suburb is really delicious & the service is great. The only thing I have to miss is the cars previously booked as a service not available."

Royal Wonders Hotel
"Pro: friendly staff, nice environment, relaxing place. There is a mini market within 100m. Con: poor soundproof (can hear the noise when they hold a party). Poor WiFi connection. Unstable power supply. No mirror and hook in the bathroom. Water discharge is slow after shower. Less breakfast variety."
Explorers Kilimanjaro Boutique Hotel
Brubru Lodge
"Everything at the hotel is done to high standards. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their work and do their best to make guests feel comfortable. Bright rooms with good finishes, excellent foodand a well maintained property. I recommend Brubru"
Parkview Inn
"Stayed at the Parkview Inn, Moshi before and after my trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. All the staff including receptionists, porters, cooks waitresses, and cleaners were all very well spoken and polite. Being ever so helpful when possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had mosquito nets fitted to beds. Good selection of foods at breakfast albeit for me the butter and jams etc need to be better presented (individual packets?) rather than exposed to all. Good choice af meals. I had masala chicken and steamed rice and their vanilla ice cream which was fantastic. Can be a bit of noise on the front road early in the morning but a good central location in the town next to banks, the market and supermarkets. The hotel has a nice relaxed seating area sound the pool albeit the loungers are a wee bit tired. Views of Mount Kilimanjaro on a clear day are unbeatable. The hotel made me feel safe and secure and also provided free WiFi throughout. Would stay again when in Moshi."
Kindoroko Hotel
"There aren't many Chinese people here, so I'll just leave one review. Don't expect much from a hostel; it's just a place to stay. Single room, with mosquito net, clean blankets, toilet and running water. But you need to bring a power adapter. The noise from the square dancing outside is quite loud, but I don't mind."
Volunteer Hostel
Kinga Homes Boutique Hotel
"We were so well taken care of by Brenda and Benedict. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From transportation, helping with tours, and accommodating special dietary requests. Thank You Kinga Homes, Yusuf and Grace Ali"
Msafiri Haven
Nyumbani Hotels & Resorts - Moshi
"I do not recommend this place because the reception and cleanliness are lacking. The air conditioning doesn't work, and the shower and toilet are of questionable cleanliness. The towels provided appear to have already been used."
