Wonderful staff and location! I had thought I might have to cancel when I saw the stairs to the office- I was traveling with multiple heavy suitcases after a several months long trip. But the staff was able to help me with them and checked me into my very comfortable ensuite room on the second floor. Nice and quiet, I got a great night's sleep. In the middle of the Gothic quarter, it was easy to walk to shops and sights. Great location to catch a cab, bus or metro. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is in the central area, and it is very convenient for travel. There are air conditioners and electric heaters in the room, and there are heated clothes drying racks in the bathroom. The waiter is very friendly. I will come again next time. The entrance of the hotel is a bit small, so friends who like luxury and a**osphere should pay attention

Although this was classed as 1* it was as good in terms of service as good as 3* - better than we got at Sercotel Rossello. The room was clean and made up (not done at SR) we had 2 chairs (1 at SR), Darius was welcoming and helpful whenwe arrived, gave good advice about the area. Yes, the room was small but to be in the heart of Las Rambla and still so quiet.

The rooms were small like all European cities but the beds were comfortable the a/c worked great and the bathroom was very modern

Nice and beautiful hotel close to the rambla in a strategic position well served from public transport. Our room was little but proportionate to the price we paid. Every day if you want the cleaning staff tidy up your room and change the towels. There is air conditioning and the windows are soundproofed. Given than all the rooms are for non-smokers people and there isn't a balcony there is a terrace where you can go to smoke. The staff was kind and professional, there always someone in the reception ready to help you for you needs. Beautiful experience, thank you all the staff

The hotel is very convenient to the Liceu metro stop and in the middle of the Gothic quarter - excellent location. Because of that, it is a bit noisy at night from the street noise. We had a room for 4, so it was tight, but comfortable for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, it is great.

We went to Hotel Palermo just for a quick one night visit. Our room was fine, the room and beds were clean. What impressed the most was the service. The gentleman greeted us outside and helped us carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. They helped us with making a 3:30 am taxi in the morning and also have us advice for where to go for food and entertainment. The area also seems safe and fun. Highly recommended

Excellent location in the heart of Rambla. Walking distance to Liceu metro station. Hotel was clean. Very small lobby and stairways. The elevator starts one level up so you have to carry your luggage on floor up. They do not have breakfast but lots of places to eat nearby. Very safe location.
