All things are fine but at the time of check out staff stopped us because of room status & after that we reached our destination late

They charge us for bed sheet, all other hotels didn’t charge us these charges, they charge us extra for washing and housekeeping

The behavior of the entire staff was so nice that i will fall short of words to describe it. The staff was very nice and the overall quality of the hotel is very good. The food was also good. Excellent stay here.

Tv was not working. Asked hotel staff 2-3 times to rectify it but not done. Rest food and ambience was upto the mark.

Staff behaviour is very bad i have two kids and they have given me a separate bed .. i have called them that we checked and booked for king size bed which was uploaded but they told its not their responsibility.. they are not cooperating inspite of my little baby is crying loudly as he wants to sleep..personally we dnt like the behaviour. He is asking for extra 1500 plus taxes for the same

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were very clean. I think it's newly constructed property. Good property in muzaffarnagar to stay. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food quality and taste was top notch.
