Service parfait. Chambre grande avec clim . Proche de la soufrière. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est tres bien. Piscine . Idéal pour passer quelques jours dans cette région de Basse-Terre et faire de belles randos. Le personnel de l'hôtel est tres bien.

De passage a Basse Terre pour raisons professionnelles, j'ai passé 5 nuits dans cet établissement que je ne connaissais pas. Agreablement surpris par le très bon accueil, un personnel souriant et réactif, une chambre spacieuse disposant d'un balcon avec une tres belle vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil, une bonne literie. Une remarque a la réception sur de la poussière presente dans l'ascenseur. Le lendemain, nettoyage effectué, bravo!! Un petit clin d'œil a la barmaid fort sympathique et a ses très bon cocktails. Merci a l'ensemble du personnel pour cet agréable séjour

C’est vraiment un bel endroit malheureusement la piscine a un accès que je n’ai pas encore réussi à comprendre ce qui rend l’endroit particulièrement désagréable et bruyant. Donc en semaine subitement arrive un groupe de personnes pour l aquagym avec des enceintes Bluetooth qui décapent. Ce Samedi 9 mars une hordes d’enfants arrivés de nulle part avec leurs parents semblerait il un anniversaire qui a commencé avant 15:30 et à 18:00 le vacarme n’en finit pas. Et le pire c’est que moi résidente je ne sais même pas à quel moment je pourrai profiter à mon tour ! Je suis épuisée alors que je viens d’arriver.

Très bel hôtel situé à proximité de la Soufrière à Saint-Claude. Bien placé pour faire les excursions à Basse-Terre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées avec un WC séparé de la salle de bains. La literie est confortable. L'environnement est calme (à part les grenouilles par moments...). Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Un plus spécial pour Rodolphe et sa bonne humeur. Nous avons pris les repas du soir au snack avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix, les portions sont XXL et les milk-shakes sont à tomber ! Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune réserve.

A fuir absolument !!!! Hotel catastrophique depuis l'accueil, une femme qui a l'air totelement perdu. Mais LE PIRE ne pas rentrer apres 23h c'est impossible.... interphone hs pas de code pour entrer. IL FAUT FAIRE LE MUR POUR RENTRER DANS SA CHAMBRE .... A CONDITION D'ÊTRE ASSEZ AGILE SINON VOUS FINIREZ VOTRE NUIT DEHORS !!!!!!

Superbe accueil, personnel disponible et a l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse avec une très bonne literie. Salle de bain un peu rétro, climatisation silencieuse et efficace. L'hotel est calme, le pdj ca va ce n'est pas ouf mais ca va. Le restaurant par contre une tuerie superbe expérience culinaire je recommande fortement.
