Overall a very pleasant stay, front office staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was also spacious and clean, breakfast spread was average but they had fresh kueh served to your table which was a nice touch

Location is about 5 mins away from Nagoya Hill shopping mall and 15 mins away from Batam Centre. Hotel breakfast just forget it and you can find more options outside of hotel.

Four point Batam have good location around Nogoya city. Breakfast have great variety of local and western. Should improve the coffee blend. Overall it is a great hotel to stay.

Hotel is decent and room is nice to stay at as it is very clean and comfortable. However, briefly disappointed that check in was delayed for me and my friend. The hotel breakfast is average but still good to have as it is at least a convenience choice for some food in the morning.

Rooms are clean, friendly and helpful staff. Check in and out process pretty fast. Breakfast spread are acceptable. Facilities and pool are pretty small and limited. Right in front of night market, location is good. Overall, quite a good stay.

Hotel is clean and spacious, but hotel breakfast was a letdown. We went both days for the breakfast at 9am but food was not being replenish despite breakfast ending at 10am.not much food was there when we went there at 9am. Morning Muslim chanting could be heard in the morning at 5am. Location is not very ideal not near to the mall.

Impressive service from the staffs from entering the lobby to check-in to dining at the restaurant. Room is clean and huge with very comfortable bed and cold temperature from the air-con. Breakfast buffet was great too and would like to highlight that Kay did a very good job in serving us. Excellent service and attitude 👍🏻 we really enjoyed our stay here ☺️

Best service in this hotel. Location was great. Special shout out to Angel from front dear team. It was my birthday and Angel gave me a cake and sang me a birthday song with the front desk girls ❤️❤️so lovely. Will go there again.. great service and clean room. 🩷👍

Knowing that the hotel is a newly renovated place, there is no issue with the cleanliness in the room. The ironing board in the room is an extra feature of the room. I am very particular about the bathroom, even with the standing shower if fine as long as it's clean, but the toilet bowl needs to be fixed. The seat is shacky and uncomfortable.
