Good location, clear and near by Beach.

I enjoyed this very much and my kids had a great time biking around and playing on the Play ground especially the bouncing pillow

A great place for us to base ourselves while we were karting. Only 20min from Napier or the track so very handy. Lovely, quiet spot.

Very clean and tidy. Well looked after grounds and awesome cafe!! Good service and location. Motel rooms look right out over the ocean so you literally wake up to ocean views at your doorstep!

A great location to base ourselves from to ride the Napier cycleways. The unit was spotlessly clean & good facilities.

Park is hidden away in and among beautiful large trees , sheltered from the winds , very close to the beach , with lovely long walks along the beach

Great location ,paying for a shower should be included it was not a cheap site ! Most people use these sites for showers and toilets unfortunately I had to pay twice that’s wrong but everything else was fine

Stayed in a family cabin with bathroom. Cabin could sleep five (we’re a family of 4) but only enough chairs for 2 at the kitchen table so we had to sit on beds to eat dinner. Beds not made when we arrived. No sheets provided for the kids and when I asked at reception, we were given some sheets for the kids but I was told it’s not the done thing in van park cabins to provide sheets for bunks, which is not true in my experience, other NZ van parks do so for their cabins. Only thin doonas no sheets for the kids on a cool night. Not enough dishwashing liquid for our stay and no spare bin bags provided so we had to go hunting for both. Would not recommend this place for a cabin stay, esp if you have kids as their comfort doesn’t seem to matter to the management.

We had a great stay, we were very thankful for the upgrade to a beach front unit. We have had fantastic stays at all our Top 10 Holiday Parks. It has encourged us to take more holiday weekends.

Great stay at an affordable holiday park. We had an unpowered campervan site beachfront. Very clean, pleasant stay, friendly staff, good range of facilities, fabulous location close to Napier city centre and State Highway 5.

The location of this holiday park is right beside the beach, so you are lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves which is nice. Bit of a trek into town though - a drive not a walk. Our cabin was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a weekend stay. The park is a mix of holiday cabins, permanent privately owned holiday caravans and touring parking spaces for campers. A slightly odd mix, might be better to group the permanent residents together at the end of the park, and have the holiday accommodation all together. Also, if some of the cabins could be two storey or on stilts and facing the stunning view of the bay, that would make them far more desirable. The sea on this beach is too dangerous to swim in sadly, but quite spectacular waves to look at… Overall the site is nice but could do with a bit more thought to the layout to make the most of it’s biggest asset, the ocean view.

Quiet, clean and friendly. The Chalet was perfect accommodation for our family of 4 adults while staying at Napier. Breakfast at the on site Cafe was an added bonus with delicious food, coffee and great service.

Unisex bathroom facilities are a bit unnerving for older people. Cabin was clean & comfortable. Share kitchen needs attention. Not happy having to rent crockery n cutlery. Great being next to the beach.
