GGuest UserWir sind begeistert! Wir sind zu dritt gereist: 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind (11 Jahre). In unserem Zimmer gab es ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Die Matratzen sind bequem und waren nicht ausgelegen. Für 1 Woche reichen die Staumöglichkeiten für die Kleidung aus. Mit Segel-/Surfklamotten muss man sich mit den Koffern gut organisieren. Da wird der Platz sehr knapp und der kleine Balkon musste bei uns als ausgelagerte Wäschekammer herhalten. Dennoch ist das Zimmer gut geeignet und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar einen Wasserkocher. Zunächst noch ein ganz großes Lob für das Frühstück, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es gibt verschiedenes frisches Obst, verschiedene Brotsorten, Kuchen, verschiedene Müslis, verschiedene Milchsorten, verschiedene Tees, Kaffee, Cappuccino, Wurst, Eier, Joghurt, Marmelade... einfach alles! Das nächste Lob geht an die Herrin und den Herr des Hauses. Sie sind höflich, lustig, zuvorkommend, dankbar - genauso, wie man sich einen guten Hotelier wünscht. Es gibt von unserer Seite aus nur 3 Beanstandungen: der Fön taugt wirklich gar nichts für längere Haare, es gibt etwas wenig Kleiderbügel und die Einfahrt zum Hotel ist eine echte Herausforderung für etwas größere Autos. Aber diese Beanstandungen sollten mit einem Lächeln gelesen werden. Wenn wir wieder zu Gast am Gardasee sein sollten, dann werden wir auf alle Fälle hier wieder zuerst um ein Zimmer anfragen. PPaNicSiamo arrivati a tarda notte e abbiamo potuto effettuare un self check-in (concordato anticipatamente inviando i documenti e ricevendo precise istruzioni). La camera comfort (con vista sui vicoli del paese) effettivamente molto comoda con anche una zona poltroncine e tutto lo spazio necessario per riporre abiti e bagagli. Bagno molto grande (con 2 lavabi). Arredo piacevole ma sarebbe stata gradita qualche nota di colore per renderlo più vivace. Utile sarebbe anche un aspiratore in bagno (che è senza finestra). Altra piccola pecca i cuscini non particolarmente comodi e il materasso un pochino duro (un topper farebbe la differenza). Piacevolissima la sala colazioni al piano terra con grandi vetrate vista lago! ottimi prodotti, ampia scelta dolce e salata e possibilità di farsi una centrifuga. Ottimo servizio (personale molto cordiale, professionale e attento). Apprezzata molto in generale la qualità del restauro, come pure le finiture e gli arredi delle parti comuni. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo per visitare la SPA ma con vista sul lago dev'essere veramente piacevole. Gradita sarebbe anche maggiore flessibilità nell'orario del check-out. Torbole fuori stagione è molto molto carino.
