"Great location! We took the airport shuttle to Piazzale Roma, then transferred to Vaporetto Line 1 and got off at Salute. The hotel was just a 5-minute walk from there. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the quality was good. The hotel was clean, but the bedding wasn't great – both the duvet and pillows were quite stiff. The front desk service was excellent, and they spoke English. The only downside was that there were two steps to get into the room, which made it a bit difficult with luggage. They did provide complimentary bottled water and snacks in the room. Overall, I was still very satisfied."

Very charming, chambered place. Small, modest, clean, smelly, beautifully decorated hotel. We were two, we spent two nights with breakfast and attention here, delicious breakfasts. Delicious, fresh bread, raisins, cheeses. Delicious Croissanty, every day some pie, lots of fruit and vegetables, juices, cereals, jam.
Hotel service is also at very high level. Very polite, helpful, smiley people. Before arrival very good, helpful contact. Although I wish I could not find anything negative. I recommend with a clean heart. Thank you for your hospitality.

GarryDThe hotel is very close to the Lodo port. But since it is too close, the house will shake when the boat hits the levee.
Room amenities are a little dated, Even though it's a non-smoking room, I can still smell some smoke.
All the staff are very friendly. They can prepare a takeaway breakfast if you leave the hotel before breakfast time.

Perfect island, perfect hotel! The room has a beautiful view, with a wide view of the river and St. Mark's Square across the street. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff are helpful, very kind, and always smiling. I lost something twice and the staff helped me find it. Thank you very much!! The front desk staff are great, especially the front desk manager Elia (pronounced like ”love you” in Chinese, very interesting) who is always attentive and thoughtful to help solve all troubles, so that guests can have a worry-free vacation. Thank you very much!! You can relax and have a romantic wedding here, which is great, seven-star service, seven-star experience👍👍

Lovely modern hotel situated approx less than 10mins walk from the water bus stop Lido SME. Breakfast was simple…cereals, some fruit, baked goods and cold meats. If you wanted something hot, there was only scrambled eggs, sausages and/or bacon. The coffee wasn’t great…it was a Douwe Egbert machine. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach which was beautiful. The room was small but adequate. It was really hot in the room and there were no instructions on how to use the air on. We just opened the windows which helped slightly. You have body wash/shampoo provided but no hair conditioner so we had to go to a nearby local supermarket (called Coop) to buy. There’s also complimentary teas and coffee in the room. Other stuff in the mini fridge is chargeable. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

KyRuSThe hotel is a bit far from the main pier, it takes 10 or 20 minutes to walk, and you have to wait by bus, which is not very frequent. There is a close pier but not commonly used so it is not useful. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very courteous, worthy of praise! Instead, the person who should be the owner of the house at check-in is average. Room booked for 3 days, no hot water the next morning! Take a cold shower! It's cold to sick 😑 The photos of the room are too beautiful 😅

I stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room.
It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor.
The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged.
All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews.
This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice.

Guest UserWe had a great stay at this small hotel on Lido Island. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—less than a 10-minute walk to the ferry, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. A great choice if you’re planning to explore Venice. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

It is located on the beach, so it is best if you want to enjoy swimming and swimming.
If you want to tour the main island and go around, it is a bit far.
You can walk to SME Station in 15 minutes.
However, it is good if you want a leisurely stay.
The breakfast is also good. The facilities and cleanliness are both good.

Very good location 10 minutes from the beach
I was surprised that there were handsome model-like men working at the reception.
The room is a little small, but there is a bathtub inside.
I will stay here again next time.
The breakfast is also very good. The croissant is similar to the local French standard.
The downside is that there is a bar right below. It may be a little difficult for those who want to sleep early. Personally, I was happy. In this hotel.
It is a good hotel.
