"We loved our stay. The rooms are simple but very functional and clean. The style is modern, which was a bonus for us. The campus itself is about 10 minutes walking from the train station. You can roll your suitcase all the way there, which is a big plus in Venice. If arriving by bus, you will need to carry it over one big bridge. There is a little cafe with good options for breakfast downstairs. There are also many seating areas and a water dispensing machine. To get to the main sites in Venice, you have to walk for about 30 min. The nice thing about this is that the surrounding area is not crowded at all."

AAnonymous User1. This stay with friends completely exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding was very comfortable, and we slept very well that night. The location is very convenient, and the owner was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The facilities were complete, and the overall experience was fantastic. 2. My biggest takeaway from the stay was how comfortable and hassle-free it was! The cleanliness was superb, the environment was quiet and peaceful, and my friends all praised our choice. The service was attentive, with prompt answers to any questions, and the facilities were all new and complete. I would definitely consider this place again next time!

DDmitriiModest guesthouse 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Reception until 9 pm. The room is small, clean, everything works. As usual in small hotels there is no kettle, and the declared common kitchen does not work yet (the hotel is undergoing renovation before the season). One minus - only 1 socket per room. Otherwise, everything is great, I recommend it as a budget place to spend the night near Venice.
