Our room was cold, we requested to have the heater checked, NO RESPONSE! We then requested a portable heater, NO RESPONSE! On our third day there, some of our food items were missing from the common kitchen refrigerator.

The bottom landing of the stairs down from the bedrooms was very dark so it was hard to see where the steps ended and the landing started. My wife fell and her her back badly because she thought she was stepping on the landing but there was still one more step to go. She couldn’t see the last step. Later I also almost fell. Not happy with the place.

Staff was not very present on the property. The bathroom in our room had no toilet plunger and there was not one in the whole house, apparently.

This was a quite older Lodge located a few miles from downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a shared kitchen and sitting area. Each of our rooms had their own bathroom. Karrie was very friendly and even made blueberry muffins for all the guest. We would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t know that we could use the kitchen. It was a big and clean shared kitchen. The use of the kitchen should be disclosed. So that guests can get ready for.

This is a bare-bones accommodation in a nice large house. There’s no staff on site. The room was clean but not really nice or comfortable. The price was low.

Their was a lot of garbage outside of our window. it was average to below average on everything else. I don't think I would stay here again. contact was non existent!

We saw a moose and her calf almost immediately after parking, which was awesome. The space was clean and quiet plus checkout and check in was super easy
