I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, all aspects are good, the breakfast is simple, the room is very good; there is a microwave in the room, I buy food in the supermarket and heat it up; I can only call the hotel or pass through the hotel after I arrive at the airport to collect my luggage Ctrip customers call the free shuttle bus. I asked Ctrip customers to do it, and it will arrive in 20 minutes. Leaving the hotel to go to the airport, inform the front desk half an hour in advance for the free shuttle bus, I was one day in advance.

With this Hampton inn being so close to the airport and advertising shuttle service. They wouldn't allow us to leave our car here due to some 3rd party booking rule. We had to pay to park our car off site for our family trip.

This property is a SCAM!! If you book through ******* your NOT allowed to park your vehicle on their property. They make you move it to Globe Parking. When we booked this we were never told about this or we would have stayed at another hotel.

Unique that the neighboring hotel apparently was equally owned by Hilton, which gave us Hilton WiFI and a decent restaurant in the neighboring Hilton hotel, complementing the very comfortable night and excellent breakfast at the Hampton Inn. Best arrival check-in I have experienced: cheerful, with cookies and coffee and more.

Was led to believe by property description in Travelocity that Parking was free but could not leave car there for weekend without very high charges.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and stafe were exceptionally friendly.
