Overall pleasant stay. Not much interaction with hotel staff for service measurement. No pool or hot breakfast offered, only cold items to go. Located near many attractions not far from many locations.

We haven’t been here in a while but I think new management could have better customer service. The pool area was still being renovated and there were equipment everywhere. Pillows could be better since we could feel the springs in the bed.

It was pretty bad. I stopped over due to weather and they crammed everyone on the first floor, it seemed like. I had 2 screaming infants on either side of me that I could hear clear as day through the wall. Front desk was rude at best.

No staff around to help with question. Kiosk only check-in. No elevator so had to take luggage up the stairs. Dirty room with hair on the bed. Not mine, I'm bald.

Customer service was not great. Feel like the owner unwelcome me due to the fact I booked the hotel using my reward.
Breakfast was minimal. Air conditioner woke me up every time it turned on the fan.

No secure WiFi. No WPA security at all. Newer devices won’t connect to network. Rooms still under construction and not finished when assigned. TV’s don’t work. Shower water is either scalding hot or cold. Heating unit doesn’t turn off. Sheets severely wrinkled and found left over food in one bed. Dim lighting.

My biggest problem is that a $30 fee should not be added at the hotel when something is advertised as pet-friendly. We should be told fees prior to booking! The clerk even admitted that this is a recurring problem. Rooms and service were on the low end of ok but I won't stay there again

I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, close to the freeway and had breakfast. The area for pets was an adequate grass area. Liked that I was able to park in front of my room. Would stay here again.
