We had to evacuate the building on our second night because of an alarm that went off. This was around 1 o’clock in the morning and we were startle from sleep. We had to leave the building and went to our car and it was 30 degrees and snowing. Come to find out someone was smoking in the room. The second night that we stayed there was someone with the children directly above our room. They stomped around on the floor until late into the morning. We could hear just about every move, they made. I would suggest when scheduling rooms that they look where they place people with children. They certainly should not be on a top floor if they’re going to be rambunctious. The meals were wonderful. The waitress was super. Breakfast was absolutely the best we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Kudos to your kitchen staff

Hotel was very clean. Great customer service. Hot tub & Pool area was great as well. Had dinner at hotel restaurant & burger had amazing flavor. Love how the restaurant, bar & lounge is all on the premises. Would definitely stay again.

Very average stay. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable but room was a a little dated. Bathroom was small and so was shower. TV volume was a little touchy and noise from outside was very noticeable on the first floor. Restaurant and bar at hotel but didn’t use them. There were other dining options close by within a short distance.

Check in could have been a little quicker, however
Rebecca did give us a room with a walk in shower which was good for my wife. The inside was noisier than most hotels we have stayed in. You could hear the people in the room above walking around as well as peoples talking.

need foam pillows due to feather allergy. Asked for foam at front desk, was told ‘not gonna happen’. Booked room with a couch. No couch. Requested room serviced morning of 3rd day. Returned early evening, not serviced. Empty body wash bottle in shower.

No air conditioning in hallways or elevators. Furnishings very old. Doors to all rooms slam so loudly that you can hear them at all hours. Staff was super nice.

Problem with reservation required multiple visits to front desk to get squared away. cabinet in bathroom was broken. Hair was found in the bathtub. Asked for bathroom to be cleaned but it wasn’t done. Not exactly a $250/night room!! I will definitely look for a different hotel next time in that area.
