After two o'clock, the elderly and children were tired, so we came back to check in, and unexpectedly They also asked to wait for at least another hour, because the children and the elderly were sleepy, so the service staff arranged a temporary rest room; Secondly, after checking in, the sanitary conditions of the bathroom were really worrying. There were disposable bags left by other guests on the shampoo shelf that had not been cleaned! The floor drain leaks slowly, so you can soak your feet the whole time you take a bath! Finally, there were ants in the house! I have never seen a hotel with such poor sanitary conditions. The customer service staff said that I booked the best room! This condition...is really not flattering...

The room is spacious and tidy, with complete facilities. It is hygienic and has no odor. The hotel breakfast is very delicious, and there are many restaurants around. Beidaihe has good air quality and an excellent environment. The hotel is located in the center of Beidaihe, close to the sea. You can reach Laohu Rock and watch the sunrise on foot. Convenient for sunset. Moreover, the hotel's service is warm and thoughtful, and problems are solved promptly, making it a perfect stay experience. I will choose this hotel next time I travel, it is very cost-effective.
