房間乾淨整潔榻榻米大床定了兩個房間一個大床房一個雙床房老闆升級了超級大床房非常奈斯，小院子非常温馨愜意樹蔭下涼快，老闆阿姨做飯手藝非常好可以自己買海鮮老闆來加工還請我喝了啤酒租他家電動車也給我優惠了，小院子步行到教堂也就200米吧衚衕裏各種賣東西的都不貴島上的綠豆冰沙好喝，這個院子房間有限一定要提前預訂，他家2000多個好評不是白來的老闆確實做到了，感謝老闆熱情接待

衹能説一分價錢一分貨，除了離客運港很近方便上潿洲島外，其它體驗都不是很好。首先特價房全在六樓，沒有電梯，如果行李較多或腿腳不方便的不建議訂；其次店家為自身考慮，特價房衹允許兩人入住，即使隨行多一位小童，也要被強制要求加錢升級房型或另開一間，而且價格不低；再就是這個根本談不上是“酒店”，就是一私人民宿，設施很簡陋，一個單人小沙發，一個衣帽架，一張電視茶几，一個小洗漱台，再找不出多餘的設備。而且房間隔音效果不好，打牌聲、吵架聲，嘈雜的很，還不能開發票。

酒店的地理位置挺棒的，距離各個景點都比較近，離僑港美食街也很近，可以方便地進行出遊。酒店附近有個公園，很適合休閑散步。

我訂的特價房，店家看我一個人帶着孩子就給我換成了主題房，還是皮卡丘的，孩子高興極了。酒店位於碼頭附近，距離銀灘入口也非常近，無論是游泳還是坐去潿洲島的船都非常方便，是個理想的中轉站。

離去潿洲島的碼頭很近，就在馬路對面幾分鐘就到了。老闆服務很好，提前打電話來確認。我們1點到的飛機，前幾天一直都延遲，還好當天準時了，到店的時候老闆一直守在前台説在等我們。房間很乾凈，價格合適，酒店作為上島的中轉站真的是絕佳

環境和設備有點老舊，但是老闆服務態度非常好，而且離北海國際客運碼頭真的好近，房間有獨立衞浴，總體乾淨整潔
