I chose to come here on the first day of my visit. I had great expectations and a lot of disappointments. It was the first time I stayed here, and I didn’t even have towels or towels. It took 20 minutes to walk downstairs to have breakfast like a maze. Forget it, it's not worth more than 500!

Z酒店大堂已經關閉，與S酒店合併。但是，前台會勸你更換到S酒店這棟樓（Z酒店在S酒店的對面樓，同一個小區）。樓層三十多層樓。價格較低，但是衹有兩部電梯，有告示：早、中、晚三個高峯期，會等很長時間，其實就是早高峯8-10點嚴重擁堵，倒車都坐不上，下不了樓。其它都還好。

設施：陳年老舊 不是發黴就是破破爛爛 也不打掃 除了床哪都不行
衞生：客廳臟的要死 沙發也臟的要死 窗簾還發黴
環境：就三個字臟亂差 不知道為什麼能被叫做酒店的 還四鑽評分 真的很無語
服務：服務還行 前台挺不錯的 唯一的加分項

前台小風服務態度熱情，第二次來到北海，這酒店我上半年就來住過了，房間環境衞生管理非常好，景觀也很不錯，這裏交通方便，離購物商圈萬達，吾悦廣場很近，銀灘，華僑風情街，打個車幾分鐘都能到達，這是我住過最喜歡的酒店了，來北海旅遊的住宿首選地！
