掛羊頭賣狗肉，實際房間與發佈的圖片完全不符。預訂後我特地打電話給工作人員確認是否與圖片相符，得到肯定的回答。實際入住後發現完全不符，房間大小也小了很多，工作人員沒有然後回覆。宣傳圖片上二樓是有空調的，實際入住後二樓沒有空調，衹有一樓有，三十多度的天氣冷氣集聚在樓下上不去，有床不能睡衹能睡沙發。兩個沙發把樓梯口堵死了，佔了大半個客廳

和朋友來這邊玩兒～ 設計感超級強 也太棒了吧 而且屋子也非常乾淨 乾淨整潔 離地鐵站和很近 房東哥哥也非常熱情 還有投影機 價格也非常合理 簡直不要太棒啦 下次有機會還是會選擇噠

1:攜程定位根本不是酒店實際定位，到了還得拖着行李走2公里才到。跟客服電話一直扯東扯西。
2:入門提前填好資料了，到了樓下還得重新弄電梯的驗證碼，身份是外賣。手續很麻煩
3:房間環境二樓閣樓凌亂不堪有人用過沒收拾的痕跡房間充滿了螺螄粉的味道十分難聞
4:衞生間小就算了，不太乾淨
5:配套的拖鞋十分滑，不好用
6:衹有那個宣傳的那個角落圖片好看其他環境就很差
7:房間沒有打掃乾淨。房間有味道
8:不能開發票，還得遠程開寄到付件發票（需要報銷的就別想了）
9:就是一個自己買下來改造的民宿（可住性不高）不能提前入住，需要2點後才能辦理入住。
本人第一次差評，實話實説歡迎實錘。

房間樓上樓下挺大，樓上能住3-4人，樓下1-2人，挺適合家庭或者幾個朋友一起住的。但是，衞生間不論是空間大小還是衞生條件都挺差。

老闆人非常好，有應必答，很乾凈，而且附近就是地鐵和盒馬，還有許多小吃和飯店，非常方便，地鐵坐一站就是奧特萊斯，優惠力度很大，買再多一站就到家。投影儀投屏，兩個卧室雖然都在二樓，但隔音很好，互不影響，值得推薦。

裝修：裝修風格很好，燈光設計也很好。雖然是loft，但是層高接近5m，在二樓站直完全沒問題。單層45cm，loft雙層65cm。
設施：設施非常完善。非常完善。loft上下兩個廁所，飄窗可以坐人衣架很多，有晾衣服的地方，還有挺大的衣櫃，電視洗衣機和冰箱都能用，而且挺乾淨的。晚上還有感應路燈，還有個走廊，等身鏡。熱水器很好用，反應很快。可以做飯，鍋碗瓢盆都有，調味料就沒有了。一次性鞋子供應充足。周邊很便利。
服務：老闆很熱情負責。會提前一天聯繫，秒回消息，很細緻很熱情。有朋友提前去聯繫老闆，老闆還會跟我確認是不是朋友，保障住客安全。
衞生：衞生整體不錯。但細節部分有待改進。譬如地毯、枱燈、保證有些灰塵。但瑕不掩瑜。但是沐浴露似乎是用舒膚佳的沐浴露瓶裝別的沐浴露，味道不好聞，也不起泡。
總而言之，很不錯。有需要的話會再次入住。
