環境不錯，標準間有小陽台和桌椅，比較舒適。樓門口有停車場，好像旁邊一家也是老闆房屋，停車比較方便。熱水器燒水還行，就是房山民宿普遍都衞生間小，洗澡費點勁。牀板軟硬適中。位於半山，一定注意開車上來從八渡路上來，導航如果到西邊那條上山路太陡。國慶假期大概3百多，不貴，節後看了下1百多，性價比更高了。

首先説住宿值得肯定的是環境還可以。感覺是新裝修的。洗漱用具比較齊全。其次説餐飲，價格偏貴，羊肉串六塊一串，一碗麪條30。味道還可以，但是性價比不高。最後説服務，這老闆也不知道是十月一人多忙不過來還是財大氣粗的那個勁，我們定了兩間房。衹住一晚，攜程給我們送了一個延遲退房的服務。這樣第二天早上我們早早的就出去玩了，想着兩點之前能回來退房就不晚。中午十二點老闆給打電話説你們在哪呢，退房不。我們説到兩點才退八？老闆來一句這客人都來了，在這等着呢？我説我訂單就寫的兩點啊，再説我在景區怎麼回去？老闆衹説了一句，那就這樣吧之類的一句。然後我們就草草的結束了上午的行程，想着別晚回去老闆肯定得剋扣我們了。。。不愉快的體驗。
