公寓式酒店，就在國貿天階旁，周國吃的很多，吃過印度恆河餐廳和墨西哥口餐廳，還有潮汕牛肉粉廣西大晏家米粉，都很好吃，價格相對於其他來説應該是很便宜的，購物商店不多，有優衣庫。公寓裏有大屏幕投影，小孩子看動畫片非常爽，附近的日壇公園也不錯，總的來説位置非常好，出行方便！房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，老闆服務熱情，周到，客房打掃非常及時，高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想。非常滿意的一次入住體驗

第一次預訂這家民宿，位置在繁華的世貿天階，去的時候，沒有找到位置，聯繫管理人員，很快大哥就親自來接我們了，告訴我們怎麼走，大哥很熱情，房間還給升級了，客房很大，就像在自己家一樣，很乾凈，視野開闊，尤其是洗澡花灑出水很大，很舒服，床躺着也很舒服，雖然我們住的時間不長。但總體很滿意。下次有機會再來住

房間挺寬敞的，價格也實惠。我們三個家庭一起出遊的，定了兩個家庭套房和一間雙人房，連住了七個晚上，在北京這個價位有這種房子，算是性價比很高了，附近吃早餐的選擇也多。最主要是房間裏有洗衣機，南方來的天天要洗澡洗衣服的太方便了。順便説一下，我有帶了洗衣機消毒液，用之前先消毒一下。至於房間衞生，算是一般而已，我自己要求比較高，進去的時候都再擦了一遍，各人的生活習慣不一樣，我們住幾天房間還是非常整齊的，一家四口夠住了，推薦!

非常適合家庭遊的住，兩個房間兩張床，住一起有個照應，房間都挺大，微波爐，冰箱都有。我們住3晚，每天早上可以提前預訂早餐外賣到門口，很方便。出行的話地鐵也不是很遠。周圍很多商區，晚上挺熱鬧。入住前雖有小小插曲，最終解決了，整天住得很滿意。

房間佈局和圖片一樣，我們一家四口住起來不擁擠，帶孩子遊玩，衣服洗起來很方便，樓下就是世貿天階，吃的很方便，早飯可以叫外賣，直接送到門口，很方便，老闆人很好，大晚上幫我們調電視
