The room facilities are quite old, and the hygiene management is average. It's also difficult to hail a taxi nearby. In March, there was no central heating or air conditioning, so we had to rely on an electric blanket and a small electric heater to keep warm.

The rooms at this hotel are incredibly spacious, the decor is very stylish, and the soundproofing is excellent. The room amenities and service are on par with a five-star hotel. Any issues were promptly resolved with just one call to the hotel staff; their service, in my opinion, is what I found most satisfying and comfortable. The location isn't actually far from the airport, making it very convenient to reach by taxi. There's a massive free parking lot right out front, and surprisingly, there's even a gym on the first floor. Personally, this is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Beijing so far. I only remembered to leave a review two weeks later because I'm back in Beijing for another visit and have booked here again.

I just randomly picked this place on my way to the airport. The photos online looked good, but I never expected it to be so incredibly dirty. There were fruit peels and soda cans left in the wardrobe. The bedsheets were torn. The shower drain was clogged, and water wouldn't drain. The floors were black, dirty, and sticky. I reported the issues, and while they fixed a few things, the overall cleanliness was still appalling. I didn't even dare to use the breakfast items, slippers, or cups provided. The 'double bed' in the duplex loft was nothing more than a hard foam mattress, which made it impossible to get any sleep. It honestly felt like I was camping.

Terrible, truly terrible. It was advertised online as a B&B, and I came to Beijing hoping for a unique local experience. Upon arrival, it was obvious it was nothing more than a self-built house in a rural area. The environment was horrendous, there was absolutely no service, and the hygiene was appalling. I rarely leave reviews, but this place was so bad I had to. I sincerely hope no one else makes the same mistake.

No heating in the hotel in November, and the water was cold. Breakfast was even worse. The overall cleanliness was also very poor. While the price might have been slightly cheaper than other hotels nearby, being woken up freezing cold at night is an experience I definitely wouldn't want to repeat.

Pros: The rooms were quite spacious, and it was relatively quiet at night. Cons: The cleanliness was subpar. I found a lot of hair in the crevices of the toilet, and there were also black spots on the duvet. Complimentary drinking water was not provided. Although they claimed it was direct drinking water, when I filled my cup, it was full of sediment. To make matters worse, it seemed to be rationed; after just a few small cups, the water ran out. Amenities: The complimentary toothbrush was of very poor quality. I forgot my own this time, and the one provided had excessively hard bristles. Location: The hotel's location was extremely remote. I paid 450 RMB a night for what I hoped would be a comfortable stay, only to find the hotel right next to an 'urban village.' What a price for Beijing! I didn't feel safe walking around at night, and the surrounding village was still undergoing large-scale construction. Conclusion: If Ctrip ever recommends a hotel like this again, I'm uninstalling the app.
