很安靜的小院子，停車方便，屋子夏天很涼爽，室外高温在這麼温馨的院子裏超級幸福。自己做飯和燒烤都很方便，老闆也很熱情，房間裏還能k歌，適合一家人的院子

離延慶王順溝花海很近，看花超方便。房子簡潔明亮，乾淨衞生，工業風裝修風格讓人耳目一新。最必須點讚的是房東，超級熱情，真的有讓人賓至如歸的感覺。我們到的第一天傍晚去花海看花，剛好趕上下雨，正在彷徨無助的時候，房東主動打電話聯繫，很快給我們送來了雨衣。因為有長者和孩子，我們入住之後要了不少東西，房東不厭其煩，隨叫隨到。最讓人難忘的是第二天一早的早飯，本來訂房價格里是不含早餐的，房東説附近沒有賣早餐的，所以免費提供了早餐，粥很香，小菜味道很贊，鹹鴨蛋鹹度剛剛好，饅頭和雞蛋很香甜，吃完之後頓時覺得世界很美好，帶着好心情出發去遊山玩水！這樣的房東遇見是緣分，強烈推薦！
