松鼠谷別墅是在一個村子的集中小區裏，挺乾淨就在路邊，房子裏有麻將桌，孩子玩具，廚房廚具也很齊全可以自己做飯，可以燒烤，有個小院子，小區也有個空地可以孩子們瘋跑。
美中不足就是其實跟松鼠谷沒有什麼關係，需要買門票。
五一去的，5個卧室，房東有問必答特別熱情，性價比太高了，推薦！

房屋描述與實際一致，房東恢復很快，進入民宿所在小區就能看見密雲水庫，小區裏走走也能看到，風景不錯，地暖還不錯，二層主卧最暖和。有積木桌，小搖馬，適合帶小朋友。餐具等一應俱全，老闆回覆很快，超級好的美女。

和房東第一次通電話就感覺是一個特別爽快的人，然後加了微信更確定了我的直覺沒錯，太熱情了 太爽快了，溝通特別好，房間設施比網上曬的圖片還要好 還要乾淨 有家的感覺，每個房間都有單獨的衞生間，廚房裡什麼都有 鍋碗瓢盆 米麪油 調料都是好的牌子，衞生間拖鞋 牙刷 牙膏 什麼都有，真的真的太太好了. 距離古北水鎮20多分鐘吧，今天去松鼠島 還沒去據説特別近.我定的房間 朋友都説我有眼光哈哈 好房東 好房子 好位置 放心住！
