民宿在古北水鎮旁邊的村子裏，謐靜清幽，晚上能看到漫天繁星，院子裏可以燒烤，有一衹叫“花捲”的社會狗，它憑自己的智慧可以混到好多羊肉串，想知道它如何做到的嗎？親自去看看哦：）

邁入凡與不凡，一步一景。聽古鎮流淌的悠久歷史，撫雅緻幽靜的院落。
老闆的熱情待客從即將入住的兩天開始就為我們安排和做接待準備，到入住後的悉心安排處處都可以體現出來，民宿的亮點1、私湯温泉真的很有特色可以洗去旅途的疲勞。2、老闆的熱情接待真的讓人很暖心讓我覺得幾千的房費已是值得的。3、民宿的裝修真的很出片，深山中竟然藏着一間驚艷這個古鎮的民宿。另外推薦民宿的餐食家人讚不絕口。

設施：配套設施非常全，有小童樂園 燒烤場地 農場好像是用來採摘啥的。沒想到的是竟然還有酒吧，而且環境竟然很好哈哈哈哈哈，可以唱k！
衞生：不得不説 這是我住過的京郊小院最乾淨的一家 裝修也很精緻
環境：環境很好 大大的落地窗直接可以看到山景 房間帶一個小院 養狗人的福利！
服務：老闆人很好 吹b嘮嗑非常愉快哈哈哈哈哈 還會親自出來迎接 主打一個賓至如歸
總結：十分推薦！！！小狗們老開心了 我們也老開心了！棒！

小院兒非常的好。景色設施都很滿意。娛樂設施也很齊全。遊戲機。麻將機。小童樂園應有盡有。。還可以泡温泉。非常的舒服。離古北水鎮也很近。非常適合一家人出門遊玩兒。。等暖和了還要來。體驗一下燒烤的樂趣。。

臨時興起想和老公逃離城市過個週末。找到了這家凡與不凡民宿，不但風格上非常戳我們的審美，而且還是個寵物友好民宿，所以我們帶了我們的狗狗一起！接待我們的房主大哥帶我們參觀了整個民宿，介紹了屋裡的基礎設施如何使用，周邊有什麼好玩的等等，非常熱情舒服！每個小院子的氛圍和設施還有私隱度都特別好，周圍也非常安靜，晚上和老公在主院在房主大哥們相談甚歡後，又讓房主大哥幫忙蓄滿了私湯，睡前在衹有風鈴聲和滿天的星星陪着泡湯的感覺真的是城市裡體會不到的美好。凡與不凡，非常推薦給和我們一樣想暫時逃離城市喧囂，尋找另一種生活方式的人。

老闆很熱情，需要什麼聯繫一下馬上就送到。房間也很大，不潮濕，沒有異味，也沒有積灰的地方。民宿門口有停車位，很方便（附近沒有充電樁，電車的話充好電再來）
