一進屋很香氛圍不錯，衞生酒店大姐打掃的也乾淨，經常來這兒住樓下就可以停車免費，前台服務很暖心，打電話問路線説的很詳細挺有耐心的，開發票很方便我很滿意。

這家酒店的價格實惠，性價比高讓人感覺很划算😄前台小姐姐服務很熱情，下雨了借個傘吧還給我找了把傘應急，人很好。住了五天 每天酒店的大姐都會打掃的很乾凈，很舒適樓下就有超市和各種小吃。性價比真的高！

我於2023.11.28，19點27在智行APP預訂了北京市海淀區速8酒店（西三旗橋店）當晚大床房，房費268.9元。因家人感染支原體肺炎發熱無法到酒店入住，訂房後約20分鐘後取消訂單，20點03分發來確認短訊被告知無法取消，立即聯繫酒店方，酒店方表示由於我是第三方平台訂房，她們無法操作，必須由第三方操作，隨即聯繫智行客服，打了幾次電話被告知忙線後選擇在線人工客服解決，20點10分與客户溝通好後被告知平台會與酒店聯繫，聯繫結果再通知我。20點59分智行客服回覆酒店拒絕取消訂單，我在回覆的過程中21點整客服顯示工作時間為9:00至21:00，無法聯繫客服，再次打電話至人工客服依然佔線。聯繫酒店，酒店表示已過取消時間，當問及第一次打電話為什麼説平台取消就可以時，酒店失口否認，説當時就説超時不能取消，問投訴應該找誰，態度強硬説不知道！首先我不是提前訂房延遲取消，我是臨時訂房不滿半小時取消，並沒有給酒店帶來損失，其次智行故意拖延時間，導致我取消時間延長，又在下班前一分鐘向我告知沒有任何後續服務。最後我始終沒到店，酒店這間房沒有被用，我沒到店消費還收我費用，我第一次遇到房間no show還收整晚費用，酒店方從未主動聯繫過我解決此事項，一直都是平台和文旅局在中間協調，相信酒店這種服務意識和酒店人員的素養今後也很難在此行業發展，200多的房費就看出了你們管理的水平，也不是不值！

和朋友都定了速8酒店，攜程和店家協商退一間，態度惡劣，一分不退，速八就在家門口，還特地去她家速八溜達一圈，攜程還表示了抱歉，所以住住這家要慎重，毫不顧忌顧客感受，尤其交錢要慎重！！！
