房東是兩位北京的帥哥，並且幽默風趣，管家大姐也很熱情。房間很漂亮尤其是二層空間，搖椅可舒服了。房間裏還能泡湯，卡拉ok的燈光和音響很專業，因為其中一位房東是音樂人，這裏還經常有音樂圈的好友過來即興演出呢！周圍離景點也很近，周圍都是農家樂，味道也不錯。

房間設施比較好比較新，床品很舒服，戴森吹風機～自動化窗簾～房間挺乾淨就是公共區域尤其廚房衞生待改進。娛樂設施挺好K歌專業設備，廚房用品非常齊全，鍋爐碗筷調料一應俱全！管家大姐熱情，知道我們中午要吃火鍋提前幫忙準備好熱水，鄉博博是平谷連鎖民宿機構，還比較專業有人情味，品質可以性價比高，下次可能還會選擇

打開的一瞬間就感覺選對地方了，我和我男朋友都很喜歡，房間超級整潔，很乾凈舒適，居家用品應有盡有，房間裝修風格也是清麗脱俗，卧室的風格即温馨又可愛，熱水也很足，住起來很舒服，周邊有小滑車可以玩，一次超級棒的入住體驗，約會情侶出遊首選哦，沖呀！！

#好評#對設施滿意；我们经常朋友出来玩，住了很多郊区民宿，这次体验比较一般。 客观说问题，1、卫生问题。饮水壶泡着一堆百香果、碗盘子筷子包括火锅用的锅并不干净，放置这些厨具的地方卫生不好，桌面卫生也不好，屋里抽屉什么的还有别人用剩下的东西。建议厨房弄个消毒柜消毒碗筷，不行就准备好一次性的碗、盘子之类的， 卫生是最基础的，看着不干净很影响心情。2、洗澡没热水。二楼看着环境最好的俩房间，淋浴没热水，更别说泡澡了。。。。3、进门先交押金2000元，这是我们住了那么多民宿第一次遇到的情况，没有在购买界面告知，挺不爽的，大老远来了村里也不可能直接走了再现找民宿，所以就是待宰羔羊的感觉，这个举动很离谱，不知道什么东西毁坏了会扣2000元。4、房间比较冷，空调都开开了只能管小卧室，外面吃东西包括娱乐、打麻将这些都比较冷，外面如果再有空调就好了。当然也有觉得不错的，1、ktv设施，比较新也好用，麦克风音响声音都能单独调节。2、房子比较大， 二楼娱乐的地方不错，就是因为太冷了没什么体验感。。。

整體看着不錯，但是住上以後發展很多細節不到位，很大的一件屋，放東西的地方沒有，衹能全擺地上。窗簾自動的，拉開合上洗漱台上的東西都要挪不然全掉地上。衞生間置物架不夠用，便紙位置過低不方便取，缺少手機放置架，馬桶蓋不匹配，太小了，沒法坐。房門從外面鎖不上！廚房太臟了，全是油膩的！這是住過民宿裏最臟的廚房！窗簾還不能完全遮擋，漏一塊。希望有待提高吧！這個大陽光房，真的好熱！臨街房，必須拉簾！所以通透又有點矛盾！

民宿位置比較好找，就在路邊，停車也挺方便，離景區也超級近，就是疫情期間查的比較緊，入住兩大一小，二層有一個大露台，觀景視野極好，就是入住時有些陰天，門口有個葡萄架，長葡萄了可以再過來玩

3家一起入住，加了微信羣回覆不是很及時。房間與圖片無差異，比較乾淨，離景區很近。ktv音效不是很好，屋內泡澡池水温偏涼。最最不滿意的是服務，服務意識很差，和店家溝通好如果提前一天沒人入住請早上放泳池水，一早放了水發了視頻，但中午到達時想把烤肉提前放冰箱裏，又説有客人進不來，有客人一早泳池水怎麼放的？晚上可能怕村裡擾民，提前告知搶修線路，停電，我覺得這瞎話沒必要編，直説就好，最讓人反感羣裏兩個工作人員還一唱一和捧臭腳，這個就很不讓人舒服。退房後，還問我們怎麼把地熱開開了，問我們動哪了，您家開關在哪你不知道你問我？而且我們並沒覺得熱。另外房間隔音效果不好，樓上洗澡水是涼的
