Kind of worn down facilities, good service und hospitality. Unfortunately the pool was too cold during our stay , just 28 degrees. The area has been hit hard by Covid, almost everything is closed for good.

網上評價説一般，擔心踩雷。多慮了。整體很不錯啊.細節感很強。冰雪房真的很大。小朋友玩的特別開心。希望加強：1、房間裏的遊戲機不太會玩服務員也不會玩沒人教；2、户外遊樂場3-9點開放。真的有點掃興

天津自駕前往早到之後提前辦理了入住，酒店內外都有很多適合孩子玩兒的項目，含餐種類豐富，小朋友吃的很開心，距離景點都很近，工作人員態度友好，房間內提供一次性馬桶墊是很優秀了，就是隔音稍微有點差，總體好評啦。

因為疫情原因，年假選擇在市內遊玩，訂了這家親子酒店，果然沒有失望，裝修充滿了童話，每個細節都很到位，下午3點可以玩水，小朋友玩的很開心，游泳圈可以隨意取，早餐種類多，很不錯，第二天上午有沉浸式話劇體驗活動，小朋友參與的很好，總體還是值得住一晚的！

去之前看了好多評價，有好有壞，很慶幸自己預訂了。孩子們很高興，説下次還要去。酒店規模不大，看的出當初是用心了，無論從酒店的設計還有房間的內飾，燈光照明等等，到處都透露着設計感。衹是維護的不太給力，邊邊角角清潔的不到位，服務態度很好，缺少點主動熱情，不能跟連鎖酒店比，但覺得也不錯了。主要是孩子們喜歡，水世界不大，不能暢遊，但僅僅是玩水樂趣還是有的，感覺漂流池裡家長和孩子都玩的很盡興。如果能上午就開就更完美了。早餐是自助，希望能更精緻些。其實缺少的就是精細管理，讓大家覺得超值，相信生意會更好的

真的不是你們能想出來的差，圖片上的地方都非常小，早餐巨難吃，麪包都是放了好幾天的，幹了，服務就別提了，壓根沒服務，誰也不搭理誰，1500的房間想吃口熱飯，房間沒有微波爐，整個酒店也沒有微波爐，受得了嗎？以後再也不會來了

小童家庭房屋比較有創意，但是除此之外酒店內其他娛樂設施就比較貧乏了，唯一亮點是水上世界，但限於室內面積，總體可玩的設施也不多。前台旁的小童遊樂區僅有海洋球和小童玩具台。去的時候是中秋，一直下小雨，室外遊樂設施也沒開放，周邊餐飲門店也是過了飯點就閉店，很是荒涼，衹能驅車去遠一點的地方找吃的。
