酒店位於一片祥和的居民區中，旁有一家天和晟烤鴨店，樓下為一順豐快遞站點，整體環境較好。進入大樓，走廊氛圍幽靜。本人所住房型面積較小，結構緊湊，有窗，雖僅是一扇小窗，倒也足夠。房間內用品齊備，唯電視分辨率較低，是一遺憾。缺點在於房門處隔音較差，若過路人喧嘩踩踏，於房內就可聽到。早餐口味尚可，服務熱心。
