Tui Magic Life Masmavi

Advertised as 5 star but isn't- enjoyed the variety of activities that you could do here but food was certainly not up to standard. My partner got food poisoning and was in bed for 24 hours throwing up every hour. Drinks are also poor quality for a 5*- I know all inclusive drinks will always be a lower standard but I had a caipirinha which tasted like paint ********, I genuinely couldn't finish it. Day beds on the beach always booked up although never looked like they were all taken?

We've been in Tui Magic Life last week and we can recommend this hotel pretty much. Few outstanding points I'd like to mention: - MyMo Club led by Louisa and her team (special thanks to Lia that was super kind to the kids as the swiss-connection hit :D) - Kid-friendliness in general throughout the full hotel, it felt like entertainment was always around and even the lifeguards did take their part beeing super kind to the kids even something wasn't as it should. - Food was good, big buffets, nothing to complain, also here the kids were happy, that was the main thing. - Requests (for to get a kettle) have been done almost immediately. Few things I would recommend to be improved which would be kind of a whishlist: - Around the pool, it was always super slippery. We saw plenty of kids hitting hard on the ground. Putting mats that were hurting the kids and us (when barefoot) is not really helping. Maybe a more permanent solution would help. - Service in the restaurants in terms of drinks was not always really timely. A self-service station to grab drinks (as for the kids) would help a lot. - In the room, when you have a shower, please mount a basket to the wall to put all my own shampoos or shower gels. Putting all on the floor is kind of not so nice. - If you care about sustainability, also start replacing the fridges. They are so loud, I cnanot imagine they are really energy efficient. Unless you point to the fact that I can turn it off and then the power is safed (that would be a smart move - in fact) In general I can really recommend this hotel for families looking for some fun holiday. On arrival check in very quick , stayed in a Village room , quite small and basic but done the two of us , food was fine always managed to find something to eat some days were better than others, we paid for the Japanese restaurant, food was beautiful so well worth visiting, bit disappointed in main restaurant found the service was quite poor when asking for a drink some staff seemed to ignore me , also sometimes there was no cutlery or napkins and we had to take these from other tables , the main thing what makes this hotel for me is the entertainment team they work non stop and their shows are great , big thanks to Jodi, Lauren, Kane, Cetin , Sarah and all of the team ( apologies didnt get all of the names) keep doing what yous are doing !!!! We also hired one of the cabanas on the beach it was so chilled and definitely worth doing

This is our second time at TUI Magic Life Masmavi and once again it has been outstanding! As a family we have travelled to quite a few hotels and this one is really hard to beat. The location is fantastic, with everything you could wish for - both beach and lots of options of pools. Our room this year is incredible, with sea view, great size, 2 bathrooms and positioned perfectly. The Lagoon family rooms are perfect! The whole family have really enjoyed the entertainment - not only the shows, but the entertainers have been so welcoming and friendly after the shows too, teaching our boys dance moves and encouraged them to join in. Our boys loved seeing Sara, Matheus, Chetin, Emma etc return back again this year - and has now made friends with some of the new entertainers too. Jason’s mime dancing entertained us all! They all go the extra mile and can’t do enough to make sure everyone have a Magic time. The hardest part for us when booking a holiday is my extreme food allergy. Not only am I allergic to eat nuts (and a long list of other things!) but it’s also airborne. As you can imagine it’s tricky when at most hotels there are bowls of nuts everywhere, especially in the evenings. This is where Magic Life Masmavi really has set themselves way ahead of other hotels. Ercan, the Operations Executive at the hotel insisted to give me his number so I can What’s App him with any worries, questions etc. He has also swapped the bowls of nuts in the bar for popcorn, meaning that I can enjoy the evening entertainment with my family instead of having to stay in the room. This means so much - I know that they were worried about getting complaints from other guests, but the fact that they have put my safety above this is incredible and I’m so very grateful. Not only this, to ensure that there is no cross contamination in my meals, Mehmet the Executive Sous Chef, is my main allergy contact in the restaurant. I simply what’s app him my food order 1 hour before I want to eat and he personally makes sure my food is cooked safely for me. I really could not ask for any more! It really is going above and beyond to ensure my safety and this has meant that I really can relax and not constantly be worried about having an allergic attack. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to the Masmavi team. We can’t wait to come back! 🤩

Very nice hotel where quality is of paramount importance, including the facilities. Downside: evening entertainment. They should focus more on the (slightly older) target audience instead of creating an artificial copy of Ibiza. “Silent party” on a Saturday (!) evening really kills the atmosphere and interaction. Too bad, everything else is great: accommodation, food, service, cleanliness, etc. Ideal for families and couples with 16+ area except the poor evening animation.

Stayed/Staying at this place from 25th May for 14 nights. Overall a great hotel. Pros Food is tasty, at times far better than restaurant food. Waterpark is suitable for most - our 5 year old loved as did our 8 year old. Speciality restaurants are nice. Pools are good. Few minor *******. We are staying the main block. Be aware very small balconies but aware this is often the case in Turkey. Poolside cleanliness - on a few occasions it’s clear the poolsides haven’t been cleaned since the day before which is such an easy fix. Duvets - may just be our rooms and our friends but they seem too small for the double beds. None of us units. 🤣
