Standard room but all we needed. Dinner was good quality and excellent value. Only issue was the dark car park. I’d return.

As usual, because we have stayed at this establishment 3 times. The staff changes but always remains as welcoming and friendly. He even collected the suitcase that we had forgotten.

Overbooking problem. Arrival at 7:45 p.m. at the Campanile. The online reservation was confirmed. Deplorable reception and we were redirected to the Callou hotel in Vichy. Discovery on site of an underclassification and not of a compulsory upgrade in these circumstances. We paid 79 euros at the Campanile while the price of the Callou is 50 euros. Complaint made the same day to Campanile customer service, with no response to date.

Habitues aux hotels du Groupe ACCOR, c'etait notre premier sejour dans un hotel Campanile. Nous avons ete agreablement surpris. Personnel accueillant, chambre avec bonne literie, proprete impeccable, copieux petit-dejeuner buffet. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
