週末跟着同事來到他的老家蚌埠，他推薦的這家維也納，全新改造，就過來入住了，前台的小姐姐特別温柔，重點要説説床是真的特別舒服！！軟硬適中，一睡上去就睡著了，另外服務特別好，讓前台小姐姐給我們送個拖把，不到一會兒就送來了，有求必應，最後説一下，這家店離景區都很近，附近還有萬達，小吃很多

位置不錯，房間設施很好，就是夜晚周邊環境太嘈雜了，噪音較大，不容易入睡。快點住宿樓層為1~3層房型給給我們進行了升級服務態度還是很好的。

跨年夜那天訂的，和朋友一起在酒店跨年，前台的工作人員很熱情，入住後還送了水果和次日的早餐券，酒店的環境也很好房間很乾凈，馬桶是智能加熱馬桶，有小度的音響可以點歌，隔音也很好

住宿環境很不錯，服務周到。周邊購物和品嚐美食、娛樂都很方便，緊鄰萬達、大潤發。很棒的住宿選擇。
而且我們離開時將隨身攜帶的背包遺漏在酒店房間（裝有貴重物品），在回返家的路上接到酒店小常的電話，告知我們的背包丟在酒店的時候我們才發現，由於已經離開了100多公里，當時非常着急。小常美女立即幫我們聯繫快遞，幫我們直接寄回家，讓我們安心。她的舉動讓我們十分感動和感激！在此由衷的説：謝謝小常美女！同時也讓我感受到維也納酒店（蚌埠萬達店）日常工作管理的效應，培養出優秀的員工就是最好的證明。
下次再去蚌埠，一定還再去維也納蚌埠萬達店

首先一樓房型又小又吵，其次反應了房價吵要求換房間的時候，提出了清掃費。（剛在房間待10分鐘），是房間吵得原因，店員態度不好。第二重新訂了二樓的三百四十多的大床房，房間大了一點，但是還是臨近馬路路。第三早上8點多去吃早餐，已經沒什麼吃的了，吃的很差，特別差的一次體驗，定價偏高，下次出差不會選擇。經理態度還不好。

服務炒雞好的，本來買的是沒有早餐的，前台給我辦理的時候還送了我們兩份早餐，房間也很乾凈，裝修也很好看很新，喊一下房間裏的小度，躺在床上也能幫我關窗簾，開關空調，真的是非常方便，他家早餐也不錯，味道很好，品種很多，關鍵是跟網紅街離的非常近，酒店後面就是，晚上跟朋友一起小酌兩杯非常愜意☺️，總之非常滿意。下次來蚌埠他家首選😉😉
