I visited the Rosamar for 2 weeks in the middle of August, Despite the very hot weather, the service from the staff was still outstanding for a 3* Hotel On a negative note, I was served almost frozen food, which was supposted to be served well cooked a few times on my stay The rooms are large with very comfortable beds, however the only beds available are Double beds so would not be too suitable for small children with their parents as there needs to be 2 double beds in one room which really only fits one Overall an excellent resort for Families, very affordable, highly recommend

Absolutely first class entertainment day and night, all staff are helpful and very polite.. aqua splash in the mornings is class something I would never have tried but glad I did. The water polo is a good way for kids to meet, my daughter played and have made loads of friends which makes the holiday a lot happier.

Writing this as I saw a lot of negative reviews. Arrived at 2.30pm one room ready and the other not long after. Rooms and surroundings clean enough for a busy hotel. Staff helpful and cheery but very busy so be patient. Food like any all exclusive is hit and miss but we managed to find something for even the fussy eater in our group. Was surprised to find flavoured gin on the all exclusive list. Happy days for me. Hotel in a central location which is another positive as 2 of our group have mobility issues. Rooms on 4th floor and lifts clean and in working order. Entertainment sufficient but mainly in spanish but resort full of things to do if not your thing. Free WiFi works well throughout hotel. Beds comfortable and spacious. Plenty of English channels on the TV. Maids around every day for cleaning if you require it. One issue was near our last day the self service drinks machines continued to be out-of service but staff happy to get for you from behind the bar. Would says is more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel but holiday was just what we needed and would return in the future.

I went with my son and partner and 2 grandchildren and my daughter flew over from Ireland with her partner and my other 2 grandchildren on arrival girls on reception excellent then we tried the food I wouldn’t feed this to my dogs disgusting staff are rude and miserable around bar areas I asked for a milkshake and they told me I would have to pay but I could have a glass of milk free the good food you have to pay for My grandson is 6 and the first 2 days was playing on the slides with his cousins no problem having a wonderful time we thought we could live with the other problems as children were happy then suddenly there was a change of lifeguards and they decided my grandson was too small to use the slides and really upset him we are talking an inch I spoke to lifeguards and management and explained he had been using the slides previously with no problem we are talking small slides here they then tightened up on the lifeguard front and had all the children measured There are security on snack bar door who put their foot in the way if you try to take a hot dog out of the snack bar area This is run Like a prison camp supposed to be 4 star I have stayed in many hotels and this is the worst by far I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star people fighting over sun beds please avoid this hotel and book elsewhere

Lovely, comfortable, friendly Hotel No need to take a dryer as one provided in bathroom. Fridge, free safe, on3 ig the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. This is my second review as I meant to add couple of photos

the staff very helpful and friendly the hotel was very clean and modern very close to the shops pubs and restaurant's also close to the beach about 5 min s away.there was plenty of children's play places and night time entertainment

Arrived in afternoon check in fine Room looked clean but on close inspection the shower was filthy bed clean view fine. Our floor never got washed once during our stay Restaurant nice but food not as good as before staff not so nice as pool staff . Pool lovely loungers disgrace . Entertainment was very poor. We would not return to this hotel

We were in the Rosamar Garden Resort in September. It was just fab. The only downfall we had was the pool was so cold and the water at end of slides was very deep for younger kids. Apart from that it was amazing. Spotlessly clean. Staff were just so lovely esp our cleaning lady Anna and of course the animation team esp Omar who came to our rescue the night we arrived. Animation team were absolutely amazing with the kids. Keep up the good work guys Overall a fab place.

Absolutely filthy hotel food terrible we will never go there again. Do your self a favour and Don't waste your money at this hotel . I put a review on the hotel rosamar review site and they blocked me
