I cannot tell you how much I love this hotel.❤️ the staff have been so amazing. From the amazing manager, who has spent the day making sure the tables and everything is perfect. Our beautiful waitresses, the lovely cleaner working on Christmas Day. The fantastic cooks and wonderful bar staff. Our room is so clean and beautiful. You people need to come here. Thank you so much Riviera beach for the best Christmas ❤️❤️

We didn’t stay at this hotel but we watched the football they have a fantastic outside area with loads of seating and a massive screen. Really good deals on buckets of lager and other drinks Amazing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very clean modern toilets

All good things come to an end, this will be our last night staying at the Riviera Beachotel and yet again it was FANTASTIC , We have stayed here around nine times over the years and it hasn’t let us down. Our room (905) was immaculately clean as all the rooms are, the staff at reception and the staff in the restaurant are genuinely friendly and welcoming especially the head waiter unfortunately I can’t spell his name correctly and I don’t want to insult him by trying too but you will know him when you visit he is a true gentleman. The food is delicious and a vast selection is available each day if you’re a fussy eater then no problem there are many different choices you can choose from you’ll not be disappointed. I could go on but you’ll have to try it for yourself 5 stars all the way from my wife and myself.

Beautiful Hotel! Everything is spotless, very comfortable rooms. Staff are friendly & the location is excellent. I don’t think children are allowed so it’s nice & quiet when lounging around the pool. There is a pleasant bar area at the front of the hotel which is a sun trap. We only stayed bed & breakfast but food was top notch…..everything you could want. The Riviera music lounge (in the basement) has great entertainment every night. All in all, you couldn’t ask for a better hotel!!

Like the vast majority of reviews relating to this very nice hotel, the cleanliness within every area is above criticism. The staff and I include every member in these comments could not have been any nicer,working long hours in very uncomfortable heat. Rooms perfectly adequate with a very comfy bed and a fab shower,room cleaned every day. Now for the food...breakfast fantastic no complaints at all,sadly the same cannot be said for dinner and it pains me to say it .This is only my opinion and I feel that I am very easy pleased regards food but I just felt very underwhelmed by the choices on offer! An introduction of at least a couple of themed cuisine nights would be a welcome edition perhaps (cottage pie and shepards pie) would be removed immediately 🙄 and the edition of some seafood at the salad area might be an idea.As stated earlier only my opinion your repeat customer s are coming back for a reason Would I come back? Yes but maybe only on b&b basis.

This is the sixth time to this hotel and it never fails to impress. It’s immaculately clean throughout . Food is superb always lots to eat even an ice cream machine . The staff are lovely and very accommodating . Would not hesitate to recommend . Gabriella the hotel manager is on the ball with everything . Will be returning again soon .

First time staying at this hotel, and from now on it will be the only hotel we stay at when going to Benidorm. Outstanding! Beds comfy, excellent shower. Very quiet even though we were overlooking Uncle Peds, couldn't hear a thing at night. Just be mindful that if you want additional coffee sachets, etc, I think you need to pay extra, but we had our own. Food was amazing. We were half board. Breakfast was fab, and evening meal, plenty to choose from. As a non meat eater, they even kindly made me a veggie pizza one evening. Cant wait to come back later in the year.

Fabulous hotel, housekeeping in rooms and communal areas was 2nd to none always a lovely fresh smell in corridors lifts and toilets, the food was exceptional every single day with a great choice. Fantastic location with a great outdoor area to sit and people watch with a very well priced bar and friendly bar staff and fab music throughout the day, evening entertainment was amazing 3 acts every night I would highly recommend the Riviera Beach and would love to return. Thanks and well done! to all the staff who make up this fantastic hotel

Stayed a week wat a amazing hotel from start to finish five star luxury it should be food amazing both at front in bar and restaurant lovely head waiter and Resturant manager happy birthday the only negative side if that was possible was the drilling and building work of the Rosamar next door and mossy come out of air con and we got a few bites
