Couldn't fault this place. Room was ready when we checked in at 2.30pm. We requested a high apartment prior to flying and we were put on the top floor which was perfect. The rooms were lovely and clean and a decent size, huge balcony. Beds comfy, extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Not sure what the fuss is with 'muggers alley'. It's just a path with a bike track next to it. Well lit up and just a short walk to the hotel on it. I felt totally safe. I'd definitely come back.

Stayed here end April beginning of May. 1st time in an apartment usually do hotels but wanted to give this a try we was not disappointed lovely apartments just up around corner from Helios hotel. Huge balcony with great views. €200 deposit which we got back as soon as we were home paid by card and money was just on hold. Didnt use pool as we went the week weather wasn't great but when sun came out it was hot. Apartment had everything you would need for a week and towel changed during the week. What I find best about apartments is not having to think about the maid coming in everyday whilst in the room I find that uncomfortable. I am looking to book another holiday in Benidorm and I would definitely use this place again without a doubt. This is a place more for youngsters although we're in our 50s and couple of times a bit noisy it didn't put me off were out late and up early. We were on 9th floor with a good view.

Stayed at the Primavera Apartments at the start of May. Overall a very nice stay, the bar, reception and entrance have all been modernised since our last stay and it's a much nicer environment. Check in is quick and easy, 200 euro deposit must be paid on arrival which you get back when you leave. Staff on the whole are friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and tidy but a little basic, you get fresh towels a couple of time a week, the beds are comfy, the shower is good and you get a hairdryer and basic toiletries. The pool and pool area are clean and tidy with enough beds for about 30+ people, there are no parasols and very little shade from midday sun, so it can be really warm if you do not like sunbathing all day. Bar is pretty well stocked with nice staff serving nice drinks, what's not to like. If you are looking for nice no frills apartments a short walk from the ***** and beach than this will be a good base for you.

This is the 1st time my wife and I have stayed in an apartment. Usually we stay in hotels in and around Calle Gerona, but we thought we would have a bit of a change. How delighted we were when we entered the apartment, spacious and clean, lots of storage for suitcases and clothes, a safe, tv, 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Everything you need. There’s a small shop on the way to Uncle Peds where we went shopping to get the groceries. Very handy. The location is brilliant, not that far to walk before your into the *****. The Staff are lovely here, can’t do enough for you, very polite and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, we couldn’t wish for a better experience. Great place, rooms good and clean, bathrooms were lovely in the rooms. Good bar area with pool table, Ernesto on the bar is a nice happy guy. Very central to everything, good breakfast places a couple of minutes walk and close to bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Just returned on 8th April from these lovely apartments as part of a Hen party of nineteen. The apartments were spotless, well equipped for our needs. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for the three of us over the weekend. There was a hob, brand new kettle and toaster and a good sized fridge and towels were freshened during our stay. There was a proper hairdryer in the bathroom which worked efficiently. Loved the huge balconies in every apartment. Staff were superb! Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant, as were bar staff. On Sunday there was a huge market just outside the apartments, with a visit. The bar was well stocked and served a good breakfast and snacks. Would definitely recommend Primavera Loix.

Fantastic place to stay! Really friendly staff, super clean, no issues at all. Helpful with any questions we had. Would defo recommend and will be returning for sure ! Bathroom was idea with walk in shower, fridge perfect for drinks and snacks!

Just got back from a 3 night stay at primavera Loix, a group of 15 girls for a hen do. We couldn’t possibly fault this hotel, modern clean and lovely, friendly staff. We arrived early and were checked in straight away with no fuss. Pool bar was amazing and bar snacks perfect for a day drinking round the pool. Perfect location to benidorm ***** 10 minute walk and Penny farthing English breakfast 2 minutes down the road was lovely. We had no issues with our damage deposit and have received it back in full after arriving home. Thank you for a brilliant stay!! Also this is no where near ‘muggers alley’ which is actually next to Neptune’s bar.

I have stayed here many times with a family member, we are very late check ins, and doesn’t cause any problems. Very clean and spacious, kitchen has everything required. Twins beds and a sofa bed if required. Balconies are huge and very spacious. Staff are always polite and very respectful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 5 * service and nothing is too much trouble…

Although the apartments are a bit difficult to find by satnav, when you do find them it is well worth the extra effort. Very stylish and clean and fully equipped. Check in was quick and easy. They were great value for money.

Set at the back of the resort but within minutes of the ***** and beach. Great service, lovely staff. All the rooms face towards the beach, the view is restricted but you don't have skyscrapers blocking all the view like most places. Tbh it's just a very well run apt block with a pool and two jacuzzis. Very relaxed atmosphere in the place. Thee is a path of about 50 metres that runs next to a cycle path and a storm drain so you can't be dropped off at the door by coach or taxi.

Bang on it but far enough away to not hear noise. Very clean, well equipped and big room. Guests were very noisy though

Avoid this hotel at all costs!! Staff working at this hotel are stealing room inventory and then charging customers !!! I have stayed at this hotel for 1 night.2 days after the check in, I have noticed 35£ were deducted from my deposit. Reason for that was that cleaning lady said coffee machine is missing from the room?! Me and my partner who stayed with me don’t drink coffee at all, on top of that, why would anyone steal a coffee machine and take it back on a flight to Uk? I will never stay in this hotel again and I suggest everyone to chose Hotel Magic Cristal Park. PRIMAVERA LOIX STAFF ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Apartment was basic but very clean and tidy, the staff were excellent and the location was very convenient. However I can imagine when busier it is a challenge to use the washer and drier. However we would recommend to anyone and will stay again.
