酒店靠近選帝侯大街，步行2分鐘到公交站，步行10分鐘到地鐵站，步行5分鐘有超市，非常便利。
房間內部寬敞，修繕過的老建築，內部設施都很完善，衞生狀況也很好。
接待人員非常熱情，可以用英語德語溝通。
提前預訂價格會相對優惠，性價比非常高的酒店。

Very dated and worn. Furniture scuffed and carpets old and stained. Nice large room with semi-comfortable beds and a handy mini fridge and good shower. Location is great, right off the main shopping street and lots of options for food and sights too. Decent price.

Fint beliggende hotell. Litt slitt, men rent.
Frokost var helt grei, men serveringen kom ikke i gang før en stund etter den skulle være klar kl 0730.
Heisen er så liten at det ikke var plass til Klaus...
65 trappetrinn kan være krevende, men gir god trening.

5月に利用。古い建物の一部をホテルに改装している様で、チェックインして鍵を受領した後は、受付を通る事なく、集合住宅の一室に出入りする感じで利用できる。
泊まった部屋は5Fだったがエレベータは4Fまでだったので階段利用だったのがちょっとマイナスだが、おかげで見晴らし良い部屋で静かに過ごせた。
冷蔵庫があるので水や飲み物、フルーツなどを冷やす事が出来た。
アメニティは最低限。ドイツでは良くありがちのシャンプー・ボディーソープ共用タイプしかないので、気になる人は持参した方が良いだろう。
朝食は別途有料だったので利用せず。近所にはスーパーやパン屋があり、朝食はそちらで調達した。
最寄りのS-Bahn駅はSavignyplatzだが、ホテルすぐ近くのクーダム通りにはバスが頻発しているので、バスでの移動も楽しい。
新しいホテルの快適性は求めないなら、立地・コスパの良いホテルだと思う。

Wenn man keine große Ansprüche hat ist das Hotel gut aber sonst trotz bezahltem Frühstück gab es keines. Nur Gutschein denn ich mir nicht ausbezahlen lassen kann. Also sehr schlecht denn in dieses Hotel möchte ich nicht mehr. Aufenthalt in Berlin war gut wie immer

L'hotel ha davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ed è in una splendida area a 10 minuti a piedi dal parco zoologico e meno di 5 minuti dalla metro. Camera di giusta misura, water un po' sacrificato tra muro e doccia, ma tutto pulitissimo e tranquillo. Cosa che potrebbe interessare sapere è che una volta avute le chiavi si può entrare evitando la portineria e salendo direttamente in camera. Se posso permettermi come consiglio, dato che il frigo con le bibite è solo nella stanza della reception che di notte è chiusa suggerirei al management di mettere ai piani dei distributori di bibite.
