The hotel had a good location but getting to the room was overly complicated as the elevator does not go to all floors and the hallways are long and dark. No concierge, and one main thing I did not understand was the fire alarm had two lenses that made me very uncomfortable.

Good hotel, location was okay for some of the hop on hop off buses. Far away from a train station though. Room was modern, nice and clean also.

The location is far from the train station and tourist attractions. The room is relatively spacious, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Check-in and check-out are all self-service. It is a bit troublesome because my German and English are not good.

Everything is great, the hotel is very smart, the staff is very friendly. I would have liked a kettle in the room and the elevator layout is a bit strange.

Very good public transportation in every direction. We bought the 24-hour ticket for public transportation and used it all the time. Room was very cosy, clean and quiet. Located near Tiergarten, where you can take a train directly to the airport so that was very convenient for us. We spent our checkout day visiting the zoo and then took the train to the airport.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed
Plumbing is so bad
No receptionist
No one to help u for ur luggage
The window was not opening
The pillow was terrible
No slides or tooth brush
No water in the room or tea or anything
If I ask for extra towel they asked me to go down take it
No closed to the center as mentioned
Bath hood was broken so if u take a shower all the water is all over the bathrom and room
Would never recommend to anyone
