The room was worn out, black dents all over the walls, mold in the corners of the bathroom. The light switch in the hallway were not fixed to the wall, and were coming out of the wall. Scratches on the lampscreens, the bathroom door cladding peeled back because of moisture. The lights in the bathroom (mirror light) were flinching and turned on and off. The living room only had one lamp, which was no where near enough. We had to use the night shelf lamps from the bedroom in order to use the living room. The sofa bed were very uncomfortable and noisy, which meant that we had to sleep all four (two kids and two adults) in one bed. The tv were not connected to the internet which meant that we smart tv were not that smart. We have kids that wake up early in the morning, why a functioning tv is pretty important. We called service staff and were promised that technical service would look into it in the morning. They never did. The room was not cleaned once during our stay. We never had the option to choose, it just didn’t happen. We stayed at Flowers before, which was a completely different and good experience. Based on this visit, I hardly doubt we will be back. We should not have experienced the above, a little quality control would have caught most of these issues.

So so. The window broken, whit a beautiful signal on top “defekt”, the light in the bathroom didn’t work , just one light on the side of the bed , no product for the dishwasher- and the room ( duplex xl ) too small to be an Xl. In general, looks modern furniture but the sofa is really uncomfortable; on the wall the old wallpaper is just painted . The check-out is normally at 11.00 but the crew knocked our door at 9.55 . Any kind of request ( mostly about the window because still a bit open and Berlin in December is a bit cold) whatsup had reply , but no one technician comes to solve our problem . The location is just good for a short trip - close a lot of nice place in the centre .

Flowers is conveniently located, the rooms are modern, very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is lovely, and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen. If cooking is not your thing you’re spoilt for choice as there are lots a restaurants around. We had the top floor duplex which gave us a fabulous view of the TV tower! We needed to make some changes to our booking and Illya at the office was most helpful! He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and the amendments were made effortlessly! Thanks Illya!!

The room is not bad at all, but cleanliness is not this hotels strongest point. Also we paid for a room with 3 beds, they provide us with a room for two beds. There is nobody there to complain at, no reception. They NEVER EVEN OFFERED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. They are not willing to help you with anything. The only thing that is good about this hotel, it’s the location. NOTHINGS ELSE.

Dear readers or travellers who want to book for Hotel Flower's Berlin by limehome through *********** BE CAREFUL !!!! The reason I am writing is to share my experience concerning the booking for this property through *********** that I had for 23/11/2022 under my wife name Vaso M with reservation id 2407.416.2......... On 08/09/2022 and after a lot of searching I make a reservation for Flower's Berlin by limehome through the *********** platform for the period 23/11/2022 to 27/11/2022 for a double room based on the confirmation which I have received under the price which booked €300.60 for a 4-day stay. On 10/09/22 late at night the hotel sent an email through *********** that there has been an error in their system and that they are very sorry and that this is not the price that I will have to be paid but that they will inform us as soon as possible through Booking. Com for the price. On 11/09/2022 in the morning I contacted ***********'s support department IMMEDIATELY to find a solution because it doesn't suddenly happen that I have to pay the double price due to a "mistake of the system". Of course the employee apologize and assured me that they would look into the matter and that he understood me etc etc, he would send the matter back to the hotel to see what they could be done. Of course nothing happened and at noon 11/09/2022 at they simply informed me that either I accept the new price with a 10% discount ( 670€ for a room that I had booked for 300,60€ ) or my reservation would have to be canceled (without cancellation fees ) as they inform me . My reservation was with a flexible cancelation policy so they were not doing me a favor!!!! So I called the *********** service again. The employee who was on the phone kept telling me the same thing over and over again, that nothing could be done and that either I accept this price or they , will cancel my reservation, which of course they did after our conversation. So simply that is called blackmail…….and at the end of the conversation the *********** employee was very rude and nervous against me because I asked her a few simply questions concerning policies etc and she was not able to give me a proper answer. Unfortunately for them ( Hotel & *********** ) I am working in the tourism industry and I know how to deal this kind of situations & as a manager when we do a mistake we take over the responsibility and we do not shift the blame to the customers who have done nothing wrong!!! This is my experience from this hotel before even stay there and from the customer service that they have both (hotel & Booking) and I wanted to share it with all of you. P.S : I have all the necessary documentation of all the bellow conversation’s !! Kostas

We actually booked a different apartment with the company (Limehouse) but when we went to collect the keys from the key safe (they text you a code) they were not there. Several calls and along wait later, they explained that there were no keys to be found and they would have to find another apartment. We were given the Flowers apartment in Mulackstrasse. So we walked there in the cold - now 2 hours of frustration and phone calls later - to find an OK apartment which was still filthy from the previous occupants and had dirty sheets and garbage piled up. More angry phone calls and a cleaning team turned up and told us to amuse ourselves (in the cold) for an hour and they would prepare the apartment. So we finally - at 6pm - got a reasonably nice apartment that was clean(ish). WiFi code was incorrect but by that time I couldn't face another phone call. When I contacted them again to provide some feedback about the 'service', I got a reply saying sorry about the wrong WiFi password - sometimes doesn't come up properly on people's phones - would you like a €10 refund. So, an offer of a derisory refund after a reasonably good attempt at ruining our one night in Berlin.....to say we were unimpressed would be an understatement. The apartment is however in a good part of Berlin. I just have little confidence in them providing a good service, considering our problems. Which we revisited the next day when we moved to another apartment run by the company (this time in Dresden) - this time the door code was wrong. Luckily the housekeeping staff were still there cleaning rooms. Overall I think the remote management - online login and access codes sent by email and SMS, does not seem to be working well and the response when you have a problem is hopeless. While we stood getting our non-existent keys from the keysafe, another couple were having a similar problem and getting exasperated, so it was not just us.

Prima verblijf in mooie buurt. Appartement zag er schoon en verzorgd uit. Alles was aanwezig om te kunnen ontbijten/lunchen en evt diner te maken. Er zijn vele leuke winkeltjes en gezellige restaurantjes in de nabije omgeving. Openbaar vervoer binnen 3 minuten bereikbaar.
