The room was worn out, black dents all over the walls, mold in the corners of the bathroom. The light switch in the hallway were not fixed to the wall, and were coming out of the wall. Scratches on the lampscreens, the bathroom door cladding peeled back because of moisture. The lights in the bathroom (mirror light) were flinching and turned on and off. The living room only had one lamp, which was no where near enough. We had to use the night shelf lamps from the bedroom in order to use the living room. The sofa bed were very uncomfortable and noisy, which meant that we had to sleep all four (two kids and two adults) in one bed. The tv were not connected to the internet which meant that we smart tv were not that smart. We have kids that wake up early in the morning, why a functioning tv is pretty important. We called service staff and were promised that technical service would look into it in the morning. They never did. The room was not cleaned once during our stay. We never had the option to choose, it just didn’t happen. We stayed at Flowers before, which was a completely different and good experience. Based on this visit, I hardly doubt we will be back. We should not have experienced the above, a little quality control would have caught most of these issues.
