Nothing as a real lobby! Too many staff but they couldn't understand well what u mean on the phone. Only some of them were good in English. No Iron in the room even they didn't have it at all only u have to give them ur laundry!!! At 12.00 A.m I asked for a bottle opener, and they said we don't have! And we can't give this service, u have to go out to see if bar would open ur bottle or not! The room (tween bed) was so small. The Ac was not cooling enough.

İ really liked the hotel. The reception staff is very friendly, helpfull and competent, the location marvelous ( close to public transportation and the main shopping street, all over a very vivid area). The room Ihad was spacious, beautiful and above all very clean. I liked the breakfast, it was very diverse with fresh and good products. All in all, I would definitely come again.

I visited this hotel twice, the first visit was good but the second one was indeed unexpected and bad experience with all aspects, the AC was poor and the room was too small I would recommend not to visit this hotel at all even the receptionist were unhelpful and not cooperative

My friends and I stayed at the hotel from 02/06/2022 to 07/06/2022 and we are very satisfied. Murat is a very good man in the reception department, he always had a smile on his face. He is very kind and pleasant and I miss him. He is one of the best receptionist I’ve ever seen. I want to thank him in this way.

Ideal place for visits. Top central, great staff. Central location, clean room equiped with safe and fridge. Big breakfast buffet. I would come back anytime and recommend. We were here in April and wie able to do a lot with walking distance.

The hotel rooms are fairly small. In the hotel details, it says non-smoking rooms available. But in fact ALL rooms are for smoking. When I arrived, the smell of cigarettes is everywhere. When I asked for another room, they told me all rooms are for smoking.

Nice hotel in a very central location, with an excellent breakfast, nice rooms with a very comfortable mattress, very clean, at least on my floor (1202), they change the towels every day. I highly recommend it!!!!
