The hotel is on a shady street. Reception said it was dangerous. There is a club directly across the street less than 30 ft away playing loud music. Toilet leaked. We informed the Reception we were checking out early in the morning and he asked why aere we telling him then he had the nerve to call the next day saying the room was dirty. All i left were emty shpping bags by the tras can. Room service didnt clean the whole time. Never again.

The room was above a bar street. The noise was extreme and went on until 4 in the morning. The door to the balcony was damaged and therefore the sound from outside was really loud.
The carpet on the floor had stains and it was dusty under the bed. We decided to move after just one night even if we had paid for four more nights.
The pictures does not match actual hotel.

Nice rooms however the service is not as expected but the location is good too. If you are around It is not a bad idea to stay however Taksim is getting busy everyday. The colors of the rooms is quite nice

First time in Istanbul, in the middle of the action, is like being in a movie, from wake up to immediately change pace to a great environment, everything is close, and that's an understatement, thanks to the staff for a great service, keep it good!

Bende bir turizmci olarak fiyat performance oteli diyebilirim kahvaltıları çok şirin odaları çok temiz personel güler yüzlü geriyede birşey kalmadı kötü 😅küçük bir sorun cumartesi günü çok ses olduğunu söylediler hafta sonu diye ve evet öylede oldu, 1 gün sürdüğü için rahatsız olduk ama çok da problem değildi 👏🏻👏🏻tesise teşekkür ediyoruz halâ konaklıyoruz bu arada
