Perfect accommodation option in Biarritz. Its close to all the cafes and restaurants and the ocean plus cclose to the attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful and provide a great service. Rooms are light and very clean. Highly recommended.

3 étoiles ! c’est tout juste 1 ! Nous avons été très très mal reçus par une jeune femme qui disait que c’était sa 1 ère saison. Elle devrait apprendre les rudiments de l’accueil en hôtellerie . Sèche , revêche , pas un sourire, jamais vu ça . Les chambres c’est les années 90 , déprimantes , vieillottes , aucune deco, douche cabine plastique minuscule. Literie en 140 . Pas de Clim , pas insonorisé. Attention à l’arrière vous donnez sur un mur collé aux fenêtres . Sordide. Pas d’ascenseur. Abus des prix pour du très bas de gamme . Dommage que l’on doive payer à l’avance car on avait envie de partir à peine arrivé !

Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Biarritz. Situé sur une rue pas trop bruyant. Très bon accueil. Le personnel est agréable. La chambre était propre et calme. Petit déjeuner très correcte. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
