I just stayed here with my husband for 4 nights, and want to be as comprehensive as possible. Pros: - service was perfect, everyone is very friendly, checks on you the perfect amount at dinner, poolside, etc. house keeping was amazing with keeping our room clean & turn down service, they don’t let you lift a finger!! - the island is very private, with only 30 suites it wasn’t fully full when we were there, we always felt we had our first choice of where to sit and it never felt crowded; there was one louder group there which was annoying but nothing the staff could have done - spa, we got a couples massage which was 10/10, highly recommend and I get massages a lot so it was quite good - gym is super nice with Pelton’s, treadmills, full set of free weights and more, as well as a very nice sauna - grounds are extremely well kept - food was really good, dinner was always excellent and in room dessert was the best! - water sports included- we did kayaking and also took a small motor boat out (you can pay extra for a private cruise, fishing, exercise classes etc) Where to improve - they ran out of a few items (a type of whiskey my husband likes), an ingredient to a drink which is understandable but not for multiple days, especially when they have a boat going to the main land multiple times a day and with the cost; if your paying that much you want what you want - selection of food- I am not sure how you could eat here if you had a lot of dietary restrictions, the menus are very limited and don’t change much daily, I think 3-4 days is a perfect amount of time to stay, any longer i would get bored of their small selection - coffee, in room they only had espresso pods, which were good but coffee you had to pay quite a bit for (one day we did order it and it was great), but for the high price I wish they had in room coffee and tea included and lattes available for cost Things you should know before you go - the keys is not known for its beaches, there is a small beach area here but I would not be swimming in the ocean personally but their pool is very nice - this is NOT all inclusive - cost of food is very high, other reviewers are right that an average breakfast is 50-60$, lunch $60-100, and dinner $200-300 and that’s if you aren’t someone who goes crazy on drinks/apps Overall we had a great time and would definitely go back. Hopefully they will make some minor changes in the future.
