Tenemos una reserva pendiente y abonada con ellos, era para marzo del 2020 pero debido al covid tuvimos que posponerla, desde noviembre del año pasado no conseguimos contactar con ellos y el teléfono no existe. He llamado a urbanismo y ya no se reconoce esa dirección como albergue ahora es una asociación, Es decir ah cerrado y se han quedado con el dinero. No se como proceder ahora ni donde denunciar... Si em ayudáis con ideas os lo agradezco

L'ostello è posizionato esattamente all'angolo con la strada meno raccomandabile di tutta Bilbao ed una volta arrivato all'ingresso non mi ha aperto nessuno... neanche dopo essere tornato più volte...mi sono quindi ritrovato a tarda ora con le valigie appresso in una situazione per niente sicura, cominciava a piovere e mi sono dovuto trovare in tutta fretta un'altra sistemazione per la notte.
