Very central located near the metro ,location is just perfect! Check in was on time,room was big enough as the bathroom. WiFi was fast , tv with many channels . We had a room in the back of the building so it was very quiet.A plus that they let us leave our luggages till 20.30 because we had a late flight.

Personal was pleasant, helpful, the room was small.
It was fine for us. Provided an small refrigerator, it was helpful.
Just hot , it only had a fan.
Other than that it was confortable.
Closed to train station, just steps away, close to stores .
Minutes away from casco viejo and plaza nueva.

Very well situated in all respects, particularly if you arrive by train, the Begona is a tad quirky but well provisioned, calm and comfortable with generous room space. It really is excellent value. No breakfasts but plenty of choice just outside. We would definitely come back and I cannot recommend the Begona too highly.

It does not have air conditioning. Forces to open the windows but makes a lot of noise at night. lousy night Yes, but very friendly staff and a very good location.

We experienced Bilbao as a former industrial city as an up-and-coming city of culture.
We really enjoyed the excellent Basque cuisine.
The hotel offers a clean small room with fridge and balcony and very helpful staff. The location is very good.
