Great location, and a good place to relax. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and a very cool lobby. The breakfast spread is good! The hotel is walking distance from the main places to see in Bishkek. Smart TVs in the rooms.

Fantastic room...great friendly service and the perfect starting point for exploring this fascinating former Soviet city...there's so much to see and take in here with this hotel just a ten minute walk from the city centre

Fabulous modern Hotel. Lovely rooms, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff and good location for exploring Bishkek.

Had a wonderful stay in a decent location, walkable to city centre, excellent breakfast each morning and wonderful and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had some issues with the door and shower (but nothing that spoiled our trip), and the neighbours above were noisy each night (nothing the hotel could have fixed). Very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again, and would happily recommend.

Staff is nice

GOOD THINGS: they speak english, it's silent because you don't hear a thing from the outside, good location, for the local cleaning standards it's quite clean, they have nice sweets at the entrance and it's very good looking place. BAD THINGS: it's super noisy because you hear everything from the inside, it's a small hotel and people do not respect other's resting time. Not even the lady at the reception during night, she was moving all the cleaning stuff at 2am for a long time, I had to get up and go see what was going on, when she saw me she laughed and said "sorry" but did not stop making noise. This was unacceptable for me, she knew we were checking out really early in the morning. But also, people were talking in the corridor and closing doors really hardly every night. Don't expect to be able to sleep quietly. And lastly, the shower drain was fully blocked the entire time.

Останавливались в Бишкеке на сутки, забронировали этот отель. Очень понравилось, что есть возможность оформления по часам и трансфер из аэропорта. Не смотря на небольшое количество гостей в отеле, завтрак был накрыт очень разнообразно и вкусно. В отеле спокойно оплатили проживание картой Мир. Номер нового фонда, все удобно расположено, по запросу привезли кроватку для малыша и внимательно относились ко всем просьбам. У отеля шикарное расположение, очень рекомендую!

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet établissement bien placé. Hôtel très propre et moderne, bonne literie et excellent petit déjeuner. Attention à éviter la chambre proche de la réception, endroit logiquement trop bruyant. Personnel avenant, parking devant l’établissement.

Hôtel tout neuf, propre et divinement placé. Tout se fait à pied ! Literie confortable et wifi ok, mais dommage que les aménagements laissent vraiment à désirer: aucun rangement dans la salle de bain obligeant à poser sa trousse de toilette par terre, interrupteur derrière les têtes de lit… bref, cela manque un peu de professionnalisme comme très souvent dans les hébergements au Kirghizistan. Dommage aussi qu’il n’y ait pas de piscine ! Accueil agréable

Très bon hôtel, très bien situé et les chambres sont spacieuses. Il est situé en rez de chaussée donc pas de vue intéressante mais c'est calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais ce n'est vraiment pas pratique de manger dans les canapés car la seule table qui pourrait servir est utilisée pour y mettre les plats... Peut être un très bon choix suivant le prix qui peut étrangement varier du simple au double.
