Great location, fantastic and attentive staff, amazing food, modern rooms and amenities throughout. Ambrosia is a hidden gem. Me and my family have been returning guests for over 10 years highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

Just returned from a 10 day holiday stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel was very quiet as the holiday season is not in full swing yet but the relaxed atmosphere was welcoming. The hotel and grounds were spotless and the spacious room cleaned every other day. The staff were very helpful and friendly but we would like To give a special thank you to Ahmet, Ayesha and Gizam who looked after our food,drink and local advice and to Yasin in reception for his help with hotel facilities and local knowledge.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could ask for. The hotel's location is perfect, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning, featuring a delicious variety of options to suit every palate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our last visit here and Bitez area was 4 or 5 years ago, we've been discovering various places in Turkey since then. I can assure, no place feels as good as Bitez, where it is always chill and relaxing. The location is pretty good if you have any knowledge about the area. Rooms are clean and the beach is as relaxing as it can get. They also offer free beach towels and sunbed reservations if you have a favourite spot, which was surprising to encounter.

We had been staying in the Bitez area for 10 days and decided to stay on for an extra four days, so had to look for another hotel. We had seen the Ambrosia whilst in the area and asked to have a look around. Yasin very kindly showed us the rooms and facilities, and said that there was availability for four nights so we decided to stay. The room Yasin gave us had an excellent view over the bay, and was very good standard. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ambrosia Hotel and would like to thank Yanis for his very helpful approach. He is an asset to the hotel!

We have been to this stunning hotel before so we new what to expect, but this time we were quite surprised to see all the improvements they have made. New sunbeds and mattresses around the swimming pool and on the beach, all new decking on the beach which looked very smart. Excellent food! Our room was spotlessly clean and overlooked the pool with a stunning view. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Had a warm and welcoming entry at evening, we were lost on the streets of Bodrum's mind boggling roads with the car weve rented but we called the hotel and they guided us very nicely. Beach, view and the location is pretty nice. It's worth it's price for sure. Thanks to Yasin for calling a local horse riding business and setting up a reservation for us. You must try it while you are there! The bar's drinks were perfect, especially when you drink it on the seaside tables. It's pretty hard to not fall asleep at the beach with those wave sounds.

It was an amazing stay at Ambrosia Hotel...the property is amazing and it has its own beach which adds to its beauty ..the staff was also very cooperative and took complete care of all our needs...Special Thanks to the Manager Mr. Yasin who made us feel at home...He was of great help and we are lucky that we could meet him during our stay at the hotel...
